Great little phone
A nice upgrade from the older phone. Very easy to use for someone who wants something simple.

Great phone, works as it should.
It took an extra day or 2 to arrive but it works great. My mom only does flip phones and I'm glad we can still buy them!

Went bad after only one month
Started off as a nice phone for the money. Worked great. However, after a month, just outside of the return period, ring speaker stopped working, so now i can't hear the ringtone. Additionally, battery life is terrible. The phone runs out of battery without any use. All additional radio channels are disabled (wifi, BT) and background data is off, but it doesn't help. Very disappointing.

Decent, good for teens
Got for my niece who had her phone taken away. Worked well for the first few months, now is starting to glitch. Couple be because she’s dropped it a few times.

Good feature/flip/dumb phone, but know what you are buying.
It's a flip phone. Had it for about a week now. Some of the basics: - No touch screen. External screen is normally off when in standby but turns on when receiving notifications, being plugged in, or interacting with any of the buttons. Fingerprint magnet but I like that the background here also switches to whatever you set your home screen background to, adding a little extra bit of personalization. You can set a PIN if privacy is a concern. OS Languages included are English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Individual apps sometimes have options beyond that. - Unlocked, which means in theory that it works with any carrier. Have had no issues using it with Tello in the US. SIM slot is located behind battery on back of device. - Runs KaiOS. Do research to see if that operating system works for you. You are limited to the apps on KaiOS store and what comes preinstalled on phone. This model has YouTube (not very practical) and a feature-reduced version of Google Maps. There are other utilities like email, weather, and a music player for downloaded music (no streaming here). QR code reader does not seem to be able to read any QR codes tested so far. There are misleading FULL SCREEN ADVERTISEMENTS on any apps downloaded from the store (weather, news, and podcast apps all count). I've found them unobtrusive but beware if phone is intended for a less internet-savvy senior. - Unsurprisingly camera quality is very crude, but you can take photos and videos easily. There is a physical button on the side of the device that acts as a camera shortcut. - Texting has group chat functionality but no voice to text. Can't seem to send photos at all, I get an error message every time. Media sent to me has been hit or miss. Sometimes I receive photos texted to me and sometimes I don't. Bugs + other negative qualities: beyond the advertisements in utility apps and general bugginess, I've found the interface to be overall slow (yes, even for a flip phone). Twice now the entire OS has crashed without explanation. The phone has issues staying consistently connected to internet, which means getting spammed with audio notifications that the WiFi is disconnected even though I disabled all notices for network settings. One of the most major downsides is the battery life. It drains much quicker than my cheap android smartphone and charges much slower as well. Overall, I'm using this as an alternative to a smartphone and will be keeping it for now, but probably replacing it in the near future with a pricier, more stable dumbphone. Updating this review if anything changes.

It works
Exactly what I wanted, I am not currently using, but can’t wait to switch to it and use it permanently. Easy to use and figure out how to use. Battery life is ok, but you can tell when I use it more or less. The sound is good, I can watch full YouTube videos on it and it sounds fine for me personally. It’s in a plastic bag until I can fully switch.
