How do these atattach to the sander?

These pads are known as ‘hook and loop’. The sanding disc has a ‘felt’ like backing and is just put onto the sander, which has very small hooks on the face, which hook onto the felt suface and hold it in position. The sanding disc is just pealed off after use. They can be reused, but only for 4 - 5 times, before they wont stay on.

Will these fit dewalt cordless sander dcw210nxj?

Yes it will fit all 125 mm bases

will these fit the Bauer ERO400?

These should work as the diameter is the same. I am assuming that the Bauer ERO400 (or is it Erbauer ERO400?) has a hook velcro pad for attaching the discs. The holes in this type allows for fitting to orbital Sanders like my Einhel 18volt model, which has air suction holes in the base for dust pickup. Your sender doesn't appear to have such a need for holes so it's not critical.
