Assassin's Creed Odyssey: Ultimate Edition - Xbox One [Digital Code]

Super easy to download. Absolutely awesome!!! I love this game so much!!! I have a couple of the other games(I haven’t play all the games) and of the ones I’ve played this is by far my favorite. I normally play RPGs and I have a couple open world games and this is the perfect combination of both. There’s enough story to keep you interested but there are a ton of side quests for those who just want to do their own thing. I also liked how you could easily switch between quest and that it gives you a level estimation so you can tell before you start if you will be over your head. The game play is also very smooth. I like that’s it’s easy to control and the camera is not clunky.

Watered down Origins. It is easy to tell they didn’t invent the engine they’re using. I love the added RPG elements, but the world feels lifeless. There’s only 5 animals you run into in the wild: bears, lions, moose, goats, and wolfs. In citys there’s dogs, pigs, and horses. That’s it. No birds. No crocodiles. Nothing. Even in cities it feels dead. People just stand there. Nothing like origins, where people would travel from store to store, house to house, or city to city. The ship combat is enjoyable. It’s a nice addition, but I miss the missions where you could sneak up on the boats and stealth kill everyone. Yes, you can still board and kill people on other ship, you just have to beat them down like in 3 and black flags, no stealth. Hay bales are gone. A stable since the first game, gone, replace by rose bush’s for jumping from sync points (your character immediately gets out of them, no hiding in them allowed). Not really sure if I care that they’re gone, but it definitely shows how this developer feels about staying true to the series cores.

I'm at almost 200 hours into the game, on level 80, and still love it. Easy game play and it seems like there is always more beyond the main story line.

Excellent Game and Price.

I have played many of this series on XBOX. The graphics on this for some reason are very distorting on the eyes. I played all the others, for hours on end, but Odyssey, for some reason, After playing for a half hour, but eyes and head hurt. Not sure what's going on with this edition but stopped playing after a few times.

One of the best AC games to date. As always, the story is great. The parkour system is improved and allows me to climb pretty much anything. I am also really enjoying the side quests a lot, which have allowed me to level up pretty quick and keep enough coin flowing to also upgrade my equipment. Exploring ancient Greece is awesome, and sailing around pillaging ships like a pirate is also pretty darn fun.

Odyssey feels like it has taken everything from Origins and improved on it. The gameplay and action is very fluid and extremely welldone. There is actually alot of content in this game. All the typical sidequests are there, but the mercenary system and the cult system add alot of playability and are very good. I really enjoy the conquest battles too. They may as well just start calling it warrior's creed from this point on because that's what this series has turned into, but I don't have any complaints there as the gameplay is fantastic. The ancient greece Sparta/Athens was a fantastic setting for this game. The only complaints I have are the plot/storyline feel very lazy and I didn't like the endgame at all. They could put more effort into the characters and storyline. But the other 90% of this game is very good.
