I had noticed I wasn't as sharp as I used to be and wasn't catching things at work. Former classmates mentioned the same. I thought I would try this not expecting it to work (the placebo effect NEVER works on me) but I really do feel sharper and more likely to catch things on the days I take it.I did try the extra strength and didn't notice a difference so I will stick with the regular.Tastes mostly like grape. So I wanted to try and wait to see if this product actually worked.It was recommended by my friend who is a pharmacist.I took the product non-stop for 6months.And then I stopped for about 2months. And I can honestly say that I do notice the difference.I am a little bit more forgetful feeling.Kind of the same as I was prior to purchasing this product and taken it consistently. You're not gonna become a genius, but you definitely feel sharper and more on top of things, less forgetful.I accidentally ordered the product again in chewables.It was my mistake so I will try them but definitely would purchase and recommend this product. Again, you're not gonna be a genius, but you definitely feel the difference.If you take it consistently for a couple of months , you won't even notice you're just gonna be sharper. Tell me reason I can tell is because I stopped for 2 months to see the difference and see if it was actually the product that was working.And again , I am going back on it because I can tell the difference.
