Although these protective pants are pricey, they are worth it. They are well made and give me peace of mind at night and when I travel. They wash well and last for years. They can be machine washed, but be sure to hang them to dry. They will have a longer life.

Much better than plastic pants which fall apart in a short time. Completely waterproof and comfortable to wear. They are a little pricey, but so far I think they are worth the money. No leaks at the legs or waist. They run a little large so if your size is close to the dividing line, get the smaller size.

The sizes run a little big but they do prevent most leakage. They seem to hold together well. I have machine washed and air dried them several times without a problem. They do tend to get stained easily though.

I ordered using sizing chart. When arrived was so hopeful they would help my father stay dry at night. The brief are HUGE! My mom sews so she even took in waist and around legs, to help fit better. Still even with mom correcting size sewing herself,THEY STILL LEAK.

These were not entirely leakproof, as they do leak at the leg openings when I get my mom out of bed in the mornings. Granted, she doesn’t get up at night anymore, and I put her in a pull up disposable diaper with 2 extra heavy Poise pads and the plastic pants go over that. She pees a lot, so it may be that there’s no plastic pants that could hold all that without leaking. However, the elastic is now wearing out on these after 8 months, so I am having to replace them. It might be that soaking them in a solution of bleach and detergent wasn’t the best ideal. Until lately, I either hand washed them with dish soap or threw them in the washer with a load of clothes. I never dry them in the dryer, but air dry them on a hanger. Think I might look at a different brand this time.

I find the products made by Salk to be of good fit and quality and able to withstand multiple washings over the course of several years. I use these daily and will continue to purchase their products.
