Surprisingly nippy performance and good battery life
I feel like this device deserves a review as I was pleasantly surprised by it. First of all, the N150 really holds its own, the provided Windows install is bloat free and will boot to desktop really quickly, it only drags when you start stacking up applications to launch on startup. Certain processor heavy tasks, like major windows updates, can take a more painful amount of time though. The battery life is good, and I found this charges perfectly fine with my 65w phone charger, which I have seen similar devices reported to not work with. Most importantly, the battery doesn't suffer from mysterious drains while off and handles the heavier loads well. The screen is low resolution (by today's standards), but being so small it still looks pretty sharp with perfectly solid contrast and colours (again, for its size and capabilities, anything more would be wasted on this thing). The touch screen is okay, the curor for the pen tracks behind where you are but touches seem to actually be accurate and writing is actually quite smooth on here. The keyboard does take some getting used to, and the micro track pad is quite finicky, but otherwise the build quality feels good for the price. Certainly a solid device, the screen movement does concern me as an inevitable weak point over time but only time will tell. Overall, I'm really glad drunk me caved in and finally purchased this!

5/5 – Surprisingly Powerful Little Laptop!
I wasn’t expecting much from such a small device, but the Kooforway Mini Laptop genuinely impressed me. It’s lightweight, ultra-portable, and perfect for travel, note-taking, or quick work sessions on the go. The build quality feels solid, the keyboard is comfortable for its size, and the screen is crisp and bright. Performance-wise, it handles everyday tasks smoothly, web browsing, email, documents, streaming, all without slowing down. The battery life is also better than I expected, easily lasting several hours on a full charge. Setup was simple, and everything worked right out of the box. If you need something compact yet functional, this mini laptop is a fantastic value. Highly recommended for students, travelers, and anyone who wants a portable companion without sacrificing usability!

Great little laptop/tablet but with poor wifi adapter.
Great little laptop but with one little issue - wifi can hardly get signal even next to the access point. I need to use external wifi adapter. I installed Linux on it and there are few issues - screen by default is in portrait mode (also in BIOS which is weird) and getting Linux desktop to display with correct orientation is a challenge. I know it may work in Windows and probably it wasn't ever tested with Linux but why would BIOS display in portrait mode only? Wifi is probably biggest problem (some research shows that my unit may have problem with antenna but can't check it). Wifi is why I'm still thinking whether to return it or not.

laptop screen view is always upside down
Something wrong with tablet mode. permanently in tablet mode. Cannot turn image back 180 degrees to normal pc mode. Also, if you turn it on end the screen turns upside down. If you turn the computer 180 degrees, the screen view turns 180 degrees, making it upside down again.

This is an excellent machine, and sold by an excellent vendor
This is a remarkable little machine and exceeded my expectations both in quality and value for money. It is better in real life than in the pictures. The metal case and dense electronics give it a substantial feel even though it is so small. I have been a mac user for years, but am finding this Windows machine fills a hole in my workflows that I was unaware of. The touch screen works very well, the keyboard is comfortable to use, the screen is bright and crisp. The battery seems to last ages on one charge, probably because the laptop draws almost no current when it is asleep. If you are looking for an almost pocketable, but still quite powerful computer, look no more! I also found a great case for it, intended for an ipad mini but fitting this mini laptop perfectly: https://www.amazon.co.uk/CONTACTS-FAMILY-Protective-Compatible-Vertical/dp/B0CNXBW61L/ref=sr_1_4?sr=8-4

Good but expensive, and not 3.6 Hz
1stly- price is £350 on amazon.com and here its 499, also few pounds here and there on same website. 2nd- fan noisy 40-50 DB, doesnt matter how hard you are working,? you could barely hear 30db when working, 40db only if you intentionally focus on fan or go near it. 3rd- i increased the power in bios from 12w to 15, then 20, then 30w, CPU doesnt go beyond 2.7Hz, its says 3.6 Hz on the product. There is no way to get the actual power of this Intel N150. Temp stays at 47 on light use with battery saver inplace, however at full load- with few tabs open with heavy weight website or 4k video- temp is around 78 maximum, 80 on stress test. 4th: camera very bad, all i can show myself floating- in slow motion when move in front of camera. 5: speakers, very clear, very nice sound, but only probably 5 w or less, my samsung sound is probably 20 times higher at full volume. speaker is slighlty louder than the cpu fan. Still I love this heavy 1 kg brick, easy to hold if you have strong hands and work on sofa or during traveling. Touch pen is not smooth, not very sensitive. tiny laptops are only for browsing or remote access or while you are traveling. I have to use near vision glasses to use it, otherwise you cannot see anything at my age of 50 I wanted to give it 5 stars, but price is different on two websites of amazon, thats a rip off or blackmailing? 2nd I cant access more than 2.7 Hz of cpu. whats the point of selling it by labelling it up to 3.6Hz even when you hold it one side of back case is very hot, and other part cool, cool means cool. I wish there was an equal distribution of heat. I added some copper tape inside the case by putting thermal pads in between to avoid short circuit- now temp is equally distributed and not hot, only warm. no option to reduce fan speed or to stop it in Bios. i can understand being small case- it need fast fan. my other option was GDP AMD AI 9 HX 370/8840U 64GB 2TB= £1000 TO 1200-1500. Too good, expensive, and no point buying super laptop for casual use. I have all kind of super computers and AI computers. I am addicted to computers. keyboard is very good, wide, and easy to type, you need to get use to mouse etc. but no fault in keyboard. it was easy to update everything, window is activated. no fault. takes bit of time for updates though. packing is good, delivery was fast, laptop look beautiful.

Compact luxury device.
It really is a beautiful little thing..Albeit not a mad gaming machine but perfect for completing mandatory tasks when running a business. It also has a motherboard LAN port, something that's being taken away from mainstream laptops these days....I use it for emails, invoicing etc when sat down in the evening and when attached to a OneDrive account (others are available) I can access everthing I need when using my main laptop.

The Best "Take Anywhere" Laptop Solution!
I have been on the hunt for a tiny laptop of this size since netbooks were either discontinued or grew into the 10inch lame chromebooks of today. Yes, there are the likes of the GPD laptops, but they cost twice as much as this one and most have the GamePad controls that I did not want on a small laptop of this size. Here I present, the KOOFORWAY 8inch mini laptop! I absolutely love this thing, and I really mean that. I don't write reviews hardly at all, but this one deserves it! Overall quality - First off, the build quality is insanely good. It has a full aluminum build, glass display and PORTS!!! No dongles needed here! It actually has some weight to it, which is awesome, as it DOES NOT feel like a cheap crappy laptop. it feels quality! Now, how does it perform? Pretty dang well! My version W/ N150, 12GB RAM, 512SSD runs Windows 11 Pro out of the box and was pretty quick to setup considering windows itself takes a bit. I am an Owner/Operator truck driver meaning I own and operate my company out of my truck myself. I needed a tiny laptop to keep in my truck for entering expenses into my accounting software, email with Thunderbird, invoicing, scanning and printing shipping documents, internet tabs open and other office software. It will run all of that at the same time with no slowdowns or issues. I can even put it into tablet mode and grab a signature really quick, rotate it back and print out the shipper or receiver paperwork in seconds. Push it to the limit - I am so impressed with this thing that I was curious how much it would handle. I am a Star Wars nerd and decided to install a game or so. (Power Settings Performance) This thing will even run Dice's 2017 release of Battlefront 2 on low settings at a solid 30FPS with minimal slowdowns (after configuring video settings) which is insane for something of this size. The wireless card is fast enough for online gaming. But I do recommend a wireless mouse as the TrackPoint is not great for the gaming side of things but is awesome for everything else. Battery life - in day-to-day use (Power Balance/Power Saving Profile) in and out of the truck it will last the full day on battery no problem. The best part? I can charge it with my phones USB-C charger right in the truck! No more power adapters or inverters! Peripherals - the keyboard is decent. It's no ThinkPad, but the way they resized some of the keys to give you the best typing experience just works. I have no problem typing on it. and it has a number row! The TrackPoint, this thing works really well once you get used to it. It seems like it would be a ThinkPad style TrackPoint, but it is not. It seems like a tiny, curved touch screen that you run your finger along to move the mouse instead of angling your finger like on a TrackPoint. It works good especially after you adjust the sensitivity in mouse settings based on your finger size. Touchscreen, I don't use it a ton except when scrolling web pages or using the supplied digital stylus for signatures. It is very similar to a phone touch screen in sensitivity and works well. Downsides - there aren't many, but the biggest is the speakers are very quiet even at full volume. The fan with kick on lightly with medium usage applications and on full with high usage applications, but the fan is very quiet. Even with the quiet speakers, they still overpower the fan noise just fine. The laptop gets warm with high usage applications, but the cooling system keeps up. Also, the fans almost never kick in with day-to-day business use. Wants - I would love a version of this machine with LTE/5G support, so I don't have to rely on my phone's hotspot. Also, louder speakers would be nice. Overall, I absolutely love this tiny laptop. I have other laptops such as a MacBook Pro, Toughbook, and a few other Dell business laptops. But this one takes the cake. I mean, it's a tiny laptop that I can take pretty much everywhere, is about the same size as an iPad mini and runs FULL WINDOWS 11! What more could you want for an "on-the-go" do all machine that blows away what any phone could do! Who is this for? - As a small business owner, or someone that wants an iPad Mini sized FULL WINDOWS 11 machine that is USABLE! I couldn't recommend this machine enough! If this thing ever gives up or I wear it out (which I don't think I could) I will 100% be purchasing another from these guys. Thank You for producing a small laptop the big OEMs didn't think we needed!
