P1S/P1P 0.4MM Hotend Assembled Extruder Printhead Kit Hardened Steel Nozzle

When it happens, you don't have time to mourn; you have to fix it. This hotend is the answer. It's a fantastic replacement, and let's be real, it works just as well as the brand-name one from Bambu, but for a price that won't make your wallet cry. In fact, it's so inexpensive that you can snag a couple of these, which is a total game-changer. That way, when the "blob of death" strikes, you can just toss the ruined hotend and have a fresh one ready to go. No trying to clean off a monument to your filament failures; just a clean break and back to printing in minutes. Honestly, it's less of a purchase and more of an insurance policy. It’s got the performance you need, the price you want, and the convenience to keep you printing, not panicking.

When I bought my printer I did not know they these needed to be replaced, periodically. It makes sense, though, since they do get really hot and they rub on the build plate and the head cleaner. I had one tear and become misaligned and the filament filled up and made a huge mess. Had to replace the hot end and the boot. Now I regularly check these boots and replace them as soon as they get too worn or if they tear.

Fit my P1S. Used to to print TPU. No issues compared to printing with .4mm. Good product and easy to install.

Installed easily and was able to print a benchy no problem. On the second print which was 7hours long, the thermocouple solder joint failed. I repaired it easily but I would question the quality of this hot end.

No, it's not a genuine Bambu item. It's better. The nozzle is now replaceable, however, I haven't replaced it yet. I'm using this on my P1S as I type this. So far, so great. I've made a few prints and have had zero issues thus far. If something comes up, I'll update this review. As of now, I'm going to buy more for my other printers in my print garden. *update: I have now entrusted this thing to 2, count 'em, 2.. 26 hour prints and have had ZERO issues so far.

This is my go-to hotend in a hurry brand. Sure i still buy OEM stuff occasionally, but these can be here in less than 24 hours. They don't seem to last exactly as long as Bambu parts, but take into account that they're a fraction of the price. They have the wires fully assembled - no messing around with the paste junk. Just drop your fan on, bolt it up and get back to printing. I mean sure, you should run a calibration after changing your hotend, but i always forget and notice no difference.

Ordered a couple of these for my p1s and got about 700 hours out of the 1st one before I replaced it which I think is great life for a hotend at this price

These silicone socks have lasted longer than the OEM one and six can be had for the price of two originals.

稀にあるP1Sのノズル折れで納期が早いのでこのノズルにしました。 ノズルだけ交換できる様になっていたのでbambulabが改良したのかと思っていましたがこの製品だけの仕様みたいです。 まだこの製品でノズルだけを変更した事はありませんが普通に使用する分には全然問題ありません、安定性と意外性で星5にしました。
