Well designed, great non-stick cooking without chemicals!
I had ordered a Misen "Carbon non-stick" frying pan in September and thought it would be great. It wasn't. Despite the price, it was about as non-stick as the roadbed on the local interstate. Everything stuck to it - eggs created the biggest mess. So when I saw an in-store demo of Our Place's titanium cookware, I was skeptical. I researched the heck out of this company and the technology behind the titanium cookware and read the Amazon reviews. So, when Amazon had a pre-Christmas special on this, I jumped and couldn't be happier. First, the pan - even the plain stainless steel without the gold trim - is gorgeous. Until mine arrived, the only cooking vessel on my stove when not in use is my tea kettle. But now, the Our Place frying pan is prominantly displayed. It's eye catching and looks very classy. But looks don't cook. Pretty isn't always functional. Fortunately, the reviews I read here on Amazon were right - this is a highly functional well designed pan. The simple instructions that come with the pan have me preheat the pan for 90 seconds, then add a thin layer of oil, spread that around and add your food. Eggs come out great. Ground beef, italian sausage, veggies for pizza and cook nicely and slide out easily. Even the sausage which leaves brown residue in the pan is no problem - it is easily removed with little effort in the sink. Our Place even includes a stiff brush scrubber in the box which could be used if something doesn't want to come out of the pan when done cooking. Usually, scrambling eggs provides me something of a clean up chore but I haven't yet experienced that yet with this pan. I haven't yet used this pan in the oven - that's not my normal cooking method, but I'd like to try it. Everything about this pan is thoughtfully designed. A small knob on the topside of the handle allows you to rest the included wood sppo-stirrer on top. The lid has a slot to permit more venting when turned to place. The handle of the pan is designed to provide a cooler touch when cooking. The sides of the pan are more vertical than sloped which works well when I'm cooking a large amount of ground beef. This is the finest pan in my kitchen. As I replace older cookware in my arsenal, Our Place is going to get more of my hard-earned money.

Perfect...
I got rid of most of my old pots and pans because they were no good, and I was looking for something that could replace most of what I used to use. This is really the perfect replacement. I can boil pasta (something I thought it wouldn't be deep enough for) and make a large stir fry. It's the perfect size and the quality is top notch. Beautiful, shiny finish that is basically a mirror you can see yourself in (super clean!). The nonstick technology on this pan is great, works like a charm, nothing gets stuck. I'm happy to minimize chemicals as much as possible as well. It came with a cleaning brush which is simply perfect, it's the only thing I use to clean the inside. Sponge to clean the outside. I could do without the spoon holder, but I suppose some people prefer to lay their spoons on the pan. The spoon itself is very nice as well. I like that the lid is designed to have a little space to let heat out near the handle (assuming you don't put the spoon there lol) and there's an arrow indicating the right way to line up the lid with the handle. Heat distribution is even and food cooks well. A great investment that I would recommend if you are looking for a lifetime piece of equipment. You won't need to buy many more pots or pans unless you really want to.

Sturdy - if heavy - and performs well
This beautiful pan is sturdy, well made, rather heavy for long use, and performs well as advertised. The polished finish does show up fingerprints and smudges but polishes and cleans easily. Non stick works well, especially when adequately preheated. Takes stovetop and oven heat well and does frying, stir fry, sauté, eggs of all styles, simmering and braising and is yet nice enough to serve from if desired. I've also used it on gas, induction and electric and it works well on all (didn't dare use it on the coals of the campfire - I'll still do that with my cast iron!). Took it camping and it took the place of everything except a large pot or Dutch oven on the gas hobs. Even used in a chafing dish setup where it fit perfectly. I don't care for the slot hole or gap in the lid rim where the wooden spatula fits thru along the handle side as the pan and the lid don't quite seal as well when that's needed for steaming or simmering, even when turning the gap in the lid away from the handle of the pan. Cleans up easily, especially when washed soon after cooking. It does seem a bit pricy for a single pan. Time will tell if the value is there, if it holds up. I'll update after using it for a while. I'd certainly go for an omelet size pan that's lighter and easier to flip and sauté as I do a fair amount of omelets, pancakes and crepes and move my pan a lot to flip and stir while cooking, especially sautéing and sweating at the beginning of a recipe.

It sticks, plain and simple
I really do not understand the hype and promises on this pan. First let me say that I have OP's other pans and I love them. The 12in skillets is a dream to use. So i know how to use their pans. This Always pan was supposed to give me additional function, like searing steaks, etc, because of the high heat tolerance. Well it doesn't. The first and only time I used it was a disaster. I was cooking 2 lovely ribeyes. I used medium heat only because I was going to do a quick, reverse sear when they reached 115 degrees internally. There was a very generous amount of ghee in the pan, so it was never dry. I've been cooking steaks like this for many years in non stick pans with no problems. I just know that the high heat will ruin the non stick faster so I have a dedicated pan that I replace yearly. I thought this pan would be worth the cost if it could stand the higher heat, which it said it could. I never got to try it because it stuck so badly in the regular phase of cooking, I didn't bother. I just removed the steaks and used another pan. It took an inordinate amount of time to clean the sticky mess off. I followed their instructions with baking soda and vinegar first, which did foam and look like it might work, but the marinade stuck in the indentions in several places and it just took a lot of soaking brushing to finally get it off and there was one stubborn spot I just could get off no matter how many times I tried the vinegar and baking soda. This is way too much time and trouble for what this pan costs and 180 out from what it promises. I'm sending it back right away.

Best Pan In The World-Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro
This pan is the best in the market place. It's totally non-stick and will last forever. I have put aside all my other pans and use theTitanium Always Pan Pro for everything that needs a pan. It's a hybrid of titanium and stainless steel. That's it. No teflon or any coating that could adversely affect your health. Believe or not, its as easy as a teflon pan, but safer, stronger and lasts forever. Clean up is a breeze. Wash with soap and water after the pan cools. One minute at the most.

A Good Pan with Room For Improvements
The Our Place Titanium Always Pan is a very nice pan to cook with. Can do many cooking jobs, is durable and easy to clean... but 1) Can burn fingers lifting the lid. The round metal lid handle transfers too much heat and could be better insulated for less heat transfer. 2) the shape of the pot could be more rounded at the outside edges for easier flipping of foods. This is a non-stick cooking pan not a casserole dish. 3) The edge of the wood spatula could be thinner to make it easier to get under food. Overall a great pan because it is a strong non-stick finish, so it is much easier to use than stainless or cast iron, yet more durable than any other non-stick finish. and hopefully safer. Four stars and a recommended buy, especially when a $50 discount code is available.

Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro.
Review for Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro: This is a great pan and quickly becoming one of my favorite cooking tools. It is a clean pan without PFAS which I appreciate. It can also sustain higher temperatures than other non stick pans. I initially was concerned over the surface area of the pan but the depth is great decreasing spatter and spillage of any food/liquids. My first meal using the Always Pro was sirloin steaks with fettucine alfredo and spinach. It did a great job with the steaks providing a good sear and crust. I wiped out the pan and made my sauce and the pan more than accommodated the addition of the pasta. It works best cooking meats, eggs do ok but stick a little. Out of curiosity I tried making a pancake which was not a good idea due to the textured surface. The only drawback with this pan is the clean up. You have to do some scrubbing due to the textured surface. I purchased a brush which helps to clean the metal circular pattern inside the pan. Other than that this pan is really something special.

Great pan, high quality, and looks nice too.
So far so good! I've had it for about 4 months now and have no complaints at all. A really REALLY nice and thoughtful touch is that there are no rivets on the interior of the pan where the handle is attached. Tells me that someone put some thought and common sense into the design. There is another popular titanium pan out there that has those rivets, and I bought one of those expensive Ninja Wok that has those rivets and food sticks hard onto and around those rivets and you end up having to scrub those for quite some time to get the pan clean. Completely defeats the point of a non stick pan when it comes to cleaning! NOT the case with this plan. Spray it down in the sink and everything pops right off! And if you want a good thoural cleaning they even include a nice bristled brush with it. So far there's really not anything I can complain about regarding this plan - unlike my Ninja wok that already has a blistered coating and has become unusable as a result. The only drawback I really came across is that the metal knob on the lid gets hot pretty quickly. So just make sure you have a pot holder or glove nearby. But all and all I gotta say that I am very pleased and would highly recommend this product.

The best pan I’ve used
The pan isn’t non-stick in the sense that a brand new Teflon coated pan is non-stick. It behaves like a stainless steel pan, get it hot, use oil and you can cook eggs and steaks no problem. However, for the price this is my everything pan and some things do stick to it and are a pain to clean by hand. However, stick it in the dishwasher or let it cool then heat some water up and it’s like new. It’s certainly not zero care. I’ve cooked all sorts in it and it performs brilliantly. Eggs, sausages, chicken, chilli, stir fry, shallow frying, Mexican, literally anything. Having the lid really helps with its versatility. Things to note - it needs looking after, it’s very heavy even when empty, the handle can get hot and the lid handle gets hot quickly. Not ideal for elderly people with low dexterity. Finish is spot on. I bought it expecting 10+ years of service and after a month of daily use it looks like new. If it lasts that long it will be cheaper than buying and replacing decent traditional non-stick pans as their coating wears off. Highly recommend if you’re willing to look after it.

Very very dissapointed.
Extremely dissapointed. Had hopes on this after the reviews, but after a half burned schnitzel on medium heat, the pan can not really recover. Have tried with baking soda and eventually bought the recomended Barkeepers Friend, but still no success. Now it burns in that spot every time. Not worth the price at all!
