Taste good at first. Once you reach near the end of the drink it has a terrible after taste. I shake the heck out of it in my stainless steel thermos. I've had many of them. If you can get past the aftertaste they aren't terrible. Edit: 5 stars because of how wonderful their customer service is.

I can't return it. Yuck!.... They refunded me after my review. Best customer service! To bad I didn't like the flavor.

Loved the product so much and feel it is necessary for better health so these single serving packets allow me to have it conveniently available at all times. Key Nutrients has made an important difference for the positive in my life.

I really like the flavor and concept of these, but unfortunately the high amount of Biotin means I won’t be purchasing more. It has 1000% biotin DV in one packet, and I wanted to use these as workout electrolytes, but having two of them in one day led to a bad breakout. I wish the vitamin list was a little more curated and there was more focus on the electrolytes. Loved the flavor and the price but I dislike the ‘12 additional vitamins’ chosen.
