It is a good enough dock. I'm able to connect it to a dual monitor setup on both my laptops, didn't observe any issues with drivers etc. Power delivery is good enough. Cons: 1. While the Display port is HDCP compliant, neither of the HDMI ports appear to be. So while watching anything online (Netflix, Prime Video etc), the display connected to the HDMI always flickers. I feel that this is information that should have been mentioned in the product details or description. This makes it so that if you are watching anything on a streaming service, your other 2 monitors are useless due to the flickering, which is not what you expect for the price of this dock. 2. The cable itself is very short. You would have to buy a connector just to be able to comfortably connect the dock to your laptop. This makes it less value for the money spent.

Been using it with dual monitors on my laptop, and it's working flawlessly. Setup was quick and straightforward — true plug-and-play experience. Despite its compact size, it packs impressive performance with fast and stable connectivity across all ports. I’ve connected a USB keyboard and mouse receiver with no lag or hiccups. It also charges my laptop at 95–97W (out of 100W max), which is more than sufficient even under load. Build quality feels solid and premium — exactly what you'd expect from a reliable brand. While it's a bit pricey, the combination of speed, features, and overall stability makes it well worth the investment. Tip: For smooth performance, make sure to connect a proper power source. Good product for home use, but no head charger as shown in slides

The product is exceptional, deserving a five-star rating. However, I have been unable to reach the official seller, distributor Sophus Technosol, for any warranty claims, as my attempts to contact them through various emails and WhatsApp based on the information provided on the Ugreen website have gone unanswered for the past two months. This review pertains to my experiences with other Ugreen products, as I have purchased nearly 20 different items in the past, but I faced reality when seeking support. In short rely on ugreen quality not on indian seller.

Lightweight in use..Does the job. Using for 2 monitor, Keyboard and Mouse and also the charger which is charging my laptop Only issue is the cable length. Dont understand why this beautiful tech. metals are built but always the length of the wire for most docking stations online is soo limited /Short. This forces me to leave the dock station behind laptop hanging on the table instead of hiding it under the table

1. I added DP but only 100HZ refresh rate coming instead of 165hz. 2. For 49 inch samsung G9 DP not working, if working then 60Hz is coming only; With HDMI only 120 and below is coming. 3. Type C is only for Data Transfer. Otherwise all is good. USB A IS WORK FINE ✅ USB C WORK FINE = i added my mic and keyboard there. Charging 100W PD work fine ✅ HDMI work fine below 34 inch monitors full refresh rate coming ✅ Same for DP port ✅

Działa poprawnie, wygląd estetyczny, z podłączoną ładowarka 65W ładuje laptop (65W) bez problemu dodatkowo przekazując obraz kablem HDMI do monitora. Chyba najlepszy stosunek do jakości jeśli chodzi o Revodok UGREEN. W tej cenie rzadko można znaleźć 60hz 4K i szybkie porty USB pośród innych marek.

After only four months of use, the HDMI output stopped working. When I contacted Amazon, they redirected me to the seller. The seller is highly unprofessional—requesting unnecessary videos and footage, and once it became clear the product was faulty, they simply referred me back to Amazon. Amazon, in turn, sent me back to the seller. This is an unserious company that takes no responsibility for after-sales support. The product performs well as long as it works, but when it fails, you are left without support or a solution. Good product until it breaks. Once it does, you are on your own. Buyer beware.

product only allows for screen mirroring on a macbook. when plugged in, the second monitor isn't recognized separately, so there is no option for individual settings. instead, the second monitor simply mirrors the first. and to make matters worse, it distorts the colors on my AOC monitor. I wish I'd kept the box to send it back, this product is basically useless.
