I bought these because I had another smaller spatula of the same brand, which I have had for years, and love it. Yes they are expensive but worth every penny.

The angle of the handle to the flat part of the spatula is a bit too shallow for my liking. The angle needs to be higher to keep your knuckles and fingers well clear of a hot grill or hotplate in my opinion. That's my only criticism and the reason I'm taking a star off. The spatulas are well made though, with full tang handles and made of good quality stainless steel. That being said, the manufacturer recommends hand washing for these, best to not use a dishwasher to keep them looking and performing at their best.
