report an issue with my recent purchase of the Insta360 X4 Get Set Bundle. While most items in the bundle were received as advertised, two items were incorrect: Selfie Stick: The selfie stick provided is not the Action Selfie Stick advertised on the product page. SD Card: The SD card included is neither the advertised model nor compatible with the Insta360 X4, which affects the product's functionality.

This is what I received from insta 360 customer support Please let us sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. We have verified that the camera you had was stolen, we can't activate the camera and the camera functionality may be negatively impacted. Our warranty policy doesn't apply to cameras sold outside of our official platforms and resellers. We advise you to return the camera to the original seller for a refund.

Dont buy this seller bundle, the stick is not adjustable(thats what you expect when you purchase one), the memory card is not v30 model( the recommended one by insta 360). At the end I'll have to purchase another stck and another memory card.

Yo uso la insta360 x4 para mis trayectos diarios al trabajo en moto y para algunos videos y fotos, la verdad es un gran salto de la insta360 x3 que tenia realmente se nota una mejora me gustaria decir 2 cosas, la resolución 8k es la que mas genera que el equipo se caliente aveces hasta hace que se apague y corte la grabación, eso porque yo grabo aveces en sol y en trafico detenido ( sin aire que la refresque ) por mas de una hora, pero en resolución 5.7 va perfecto, y en la noche que salgo y grabo en 8k sin problema va fresca, estos solo para tenerlo en cuenta, la camara cuenta con protectores de lentes estandar y un protector basico para la camara que me pareció un gran añadido.

Not gonna waste my time adding photos or videos, there are plenty on the web, look it up, sorry! Pros: video quality; many modes; configuration options for video quality and types of video; Me Mode is amazing; stick is really big; somewhat easy to go by within its screen (though you do need to look stuff up) Cons: for the camera I would say that is just a bit heavy, I have a gopro 360 max and it is waaaay lighter. Cons for the app: now this one is absolutely terrible, it is big, hard to figure out, too much clutter and unnecessary things on it, waaay too big. It does work but it is painful.
