Tried a different brand before this one that didn’t make the cut. We love this automatic soap dispenser model and use it every day. The charge is long lasting. No issues with the charging port getting wet. No issues with the amount of soap which is adjustable. We have both foam and gel dispensers in this brand. They work great! We gave out many of these as Christmas gifts. Everyone loves them and some have purchased more for all sinks. Great product.

Purchased this in March 2025 and by August it stopped working. When it worked, it worked well, and the price is very competitive. Tough to say how long it will last. It's supposed to have a one year warranty & Amazon is helping to contact the company. I'd probably buy it again, but hope it lasts at least as long as the warranty period. It doesn't get excessive use. OK, post-script: The company immediately agreed to send a replacement under warranty; for that sort of customer support, another has been added.

Works great and looks clean on the counter. The sensor is responsive without being overly sensitive, and the adjustable dispense levels are actually useful (no more soap explosions). Setup was quick, it hasn’t leaked, and the battery life has been solid so far. Perfect for the kitchen/bathroom and helps keep things more hygienic—especially with kids.

So I needed a replacement soap pump for the bathroom since my other one just all of the suddenly stopped working completely one day even though it had a fresh healthy full charge and was good to go. Anyway, I bought this one since it had extremely fast shipping. I was a little disappointed at first, because I thought it was rechargeable. It is not. It takes manual batteries. Having said that, the unit itself is a bit more “whiny” than my last rechargeable one. But it also seems stronger. The battery compartment was expertly engineered the way it is. It’s not like the cheap other ones that have the small quarter turn thumb covers where the batteries are poorly sealed with the little rubber gasket around the battery cover at the bottom, where it eventually rusts and gets nasty from being on top of the counters. It’s much better. Also, + and - turning knob on top isn’t the prettiest, but it thoughtfully dispenses the right volumes of soap, and it’s fully adjustable, so it’s not a tiny, a palmful or a handful of soap, you can adjust it to whatever you like. My suggestion is that whatever you think you need, turn the dial to the - side more, because it will be plenty of soap. This may do all kinds of thicknesses of soaps, but I’m just using it in the bathroom, so it’s just hand soap. The batteries are located inside the container in the top part and there’s a collar that just slides down to access them. Other than that, it holds a decent amount of soap, probably a month or just under if only one person uses it, and there’s a light on the cover that lights up while it is working. I’m very pleased other than the loudness and the way the knob is on top. I love it otherwise!

UPDATE: Seller reached out and provided replacements. I am grateful for the product assurance and seller. I will update this review accordingly should any more issues arise. I was extremely happy with these soap dispensers (I bought 2). I bought them in hopes it would stop my 3 children from pumping hands full of soap every hand wash. Sensor worked great, happy I was able to adjust amount of soap it dispensed. Batteries lasted a long time, despite heavy use. Fast-forward 6 months and now both have stopped working completely. We’ve tried to troubleshoot and it seems like nothing works. Will have to replace them with traditional soap dispensers.

che dire, super soddisfatto dell'acquisto effettuato. Si inseriscono le due batterie AA (stilo) e per un anno almeno ci si scorda di cambiarle. Si ha un buon risparmio in quanto acquistando le ricariche di sapone il costo al litro rispetto ai dispenser già "pieni" è sicuro. Ottima la sensibilità di regolazione uscita sapone. E' presente il tasto di accensione e spegnimento sul coperchio (basta un tocco e si accende/spegne con led di indicazione stato). Il Dispenser si lascia chiaramente sempre acceso ma è comoda la possibilità di spegnerlo quando ad esempio necessitiamo di pulire il lavandino o la zona dove lo abbiamo appoggiato. Non ho utilizzato il supporto muroi in quanto preferisco poterlo spostare o cambiare posizione liberamente, senza vincoli fissi
