Hiseeu 5MP Dome Outdoor Security Camera,CCTV Camera system, 360° PTZ

We’ve just recently purchased the Hiseeu dome camera, to secure our home. We are extremely pleased with the streamline look about it and doesn’t look unsightly on our property. It’s extremely easy to set up through the app with step by step guidance in the booklet that comes with it and the prompts when installing. Lots of features in the app to set up to your own personal preferences. We’ve gone for the SD card storage (SD not included in the package) which works extremely well. Through the app you can manually control your camera which is a great feature. We are extremely impressed with the HD Night Vision the picture is crystal clear as the camera has two infrared lights which helps provide clear images in darkness. The Human detection is also a plus for us and can be set up with phone notifications to alert you and records it to the SD card for viewing. We also like the 360 viewing which rotates horizontal and vertical when detecting a moving person and follows them until out of view for longer and more precise recordings. We’ve also tried out the two way audio where you are able to speak to a person outside through the app and it’s very clear to hear. There is also a siren that you can press to alert someone who’s on your premises which is loud and would hopefully deter and intruders. Would we recommend purchasing this camera? without a doubt, this has got to be the best security camera we’ve purchased, it’s reliable, high-quality, and packed with great features that make monitoring your property effortless. This security camera has great signal, crystal-clear images, and full coverage, look no further such a great price too…..

DON'T BUY THIS. There is no apparent way of changing the camera password in the EseeCloud app. The app is required to use the camera. Update: Supplier confirms User ID and Password cannot be changed. I will be returning this item as the camera can be easily hacked. Who ever heard of a security device on which the user name and password set by the manufacturer can’t be changed? Also,not possible to connect via http or RTSP - despite having the IP address. Therefore, not possible to change ports either. Don't buy it - the app is pretty useless and wants to sell you a cloud subscription over and over and over and over.

Great product for the price

Just swapped my old system for this new one, with 4 cameras, 15 inch screen and 3TB hard drive.I must say I'm really impressed. I've added 2 extra cameras-6 in all. Opening the box I was really impressed with the quality of the kit and the i-pad looking monitor. Super easy to install just plug in and go.The 4 original cameras are already paired to the system,the other 2 were easy to connect.I've installed 3 cameras inside and 3 outside my elderly mothers house. The quality of the picture is better than expected-HD quality. All cameras can be viewed on the screen or remotely on the app.No fees to pay for the app.Up to 6 people can have the app on their phone. All 6 cameras are recording 24/7 and the 3TB memory can store about 3 months worth of footage-massive. I had a slight problem with setting one of the extra cameras up,contacted Hiseeu customer services through WhatsApp with the number provided. They replied straight away,and resolved the issue. Jason who dealt with the issue was first class, Thank you Jason. Overall I would 100% recommend this system.

Never buying a PTZ camera again. Own the full system and this has been nothing but a headache constantly dropping signal and freezing. It's gone in the bin

Really impressed with this Hiseeu 5MP camera. The picture quality is sharp, the night vision works surprisingly well, and the 360° pan/tilt gives amazing coverage around the garden. Setup was quick and the app makes it easy to check in when I’m away. The two-way audio is a nice bonus too. Overall, a great little security camera that does exactly what I need.

Dopo tanto tempo passato posso dire che è ottima,mai problemi,l'unico difetto è che in una certa posizione di notte per via del vetro antivandalo arrivato leggermente rigato si ha qualche problema di visione ma solo in quella determinata posizione,il resto ok,trovo ottimo che quando viene girata nessuno se ne accorge perché il nero a differenza di altre telecamere la mimetizza bene,va che è una meraviglia, consigliata
