Unsuitable for TV listening
The item was described as low latency but was totally unsuitable for synchronising with TV audio, out of sync by a number of seconds. Since learnt that bluetooth is only good for remote audio on gaming where the gaming software compensates for out of sync audio. For TV you have to buy more expensive Radio Frequency headphones/transmitter which I did. Audio perfectly in sync and by using the optical connection, volume control on the RF head set is independent of the volume control on the TV remote.

Volume too quiet, noise when charging
I used out to connect my iPhone to a Bose stereo. The connection with bluetooth was pretty much straightforward.Cons:- bluetooth doesn't reconnect if turned off- there is a high pitch noise when charging- the LED is quite bright at night- buttons have multiple functions, easy to do the wrong thingBut the main problem which I had was the volume. I had to turn up the receiver and the phone top maximum, which means you get very loud phone calls or - when switching to another sound source - loud radio or similar.I sent this device back and bought the SONRU Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver which, I find, is a much smarter device.

Nice product, excellent customer service
This is a neat little transmitter - the instructions need careful reading, but are relatively clear. It pairs up easily with all the devices I have tried with it.I have only had it a day or two so I can't comment on battery life. As far as I can tell sound quality is good, but I'm hard of hearing so I can't be too certain.I bought it to get Bluetooth audio via the SPDIF outlet on my LG smart TV using a pair of Sennheiser M2 IEBT headphones.Over the SPDIF connection the sound was badly distorted - sounding almost like a helicopter - although using an AUX connection it was fine.I contacted DIGMALL customer support via Amazon and got an amazingly fast response. They took me through various steps to try to resolve the problem and we finally came to the conclusion that there was an issue with the headphones. The transmitter itself worked fine over SPIDF using a Bluetooth soundbar.I eventually got a satisfactory result using a decoder to convert the SPDIF signal to standard audio (3.5mm jack) before passing it to the DIGMALL transmitter AUX IN. I had already had the decoder, so no extra cost was involved.I am really impressed with DIGMALL customer support. They responded in real time and were incredibly helpful. Thanks - five stars from me!

Take your time reading the instructions and connecting to your equipment
Sound sync can go off at times on the optical haven't tried the audio jack yet but to be honest it could be just a lag during the processing of the Bluetooth signal, I am using the Bluetooth box to transmit audio from my tv to a diy stereo speaker box I built and once I got the Bluetooth box setup correctly it works without any major errors, thankfully my tv has a sync setting on the optical audio setting however after a while for some unknown reason it shuts down the optical, so I have ended up using the audio jack instead and so far it is without fault although some films will have sync issue due to too much processing of the audio in the box

Works well to give bluetooth input to a DAC.
I am using this product as a receiver to input a digital signal from phones, laptops etc to a DAC (Cambridge Audio DACmagic) that is part of my hi-fi. It works well and was easy to set up. I use it plugged to USB power so I cannot comment on the battery life, and since I'm using its digital output I cannot comment on the sound quality from its audio output.

Connection from Tv to headphones via Bluetooth
The connection from optical TV fitting to wireless headphones is very useful for me . The very small user guide booklet I found extremely difficult to read

Fantastic for Older Cars
Have a classic Merc. It’s sound system doesn’t support current Bluetooth. It does have a Aux port in the glove box.Using this kids can port straight from iPhones. They say sound quality is excellent- I can’t comment as deaf - but keeps them happy.Job done.Battery seems to last ages - also good.

Bluetooth Apt-x, AAC SBC transmimter
I was looking for Bluetooth transmitter with LDAC codec which is not on the market not even after 3 years being a real thing. The best second option for me was AAC in terms of compatibility with AUDEZE MOBIUS headphones I am now using over USB cable and with help of this little transmitter I am no longer bound to use them only on cable when around house.
