Does this loader need crimping die to crimp the casing to the bullet?

No crimping die needed, but you do need to use a wooden or plastic mallet, do not use metal hammer and it will last a lifetime. If you are going to use the dipper to charge the cartridge, then only use powder listed in the instructions. This is a neat little kit, I sure love mine!

It does not come with a flaring tool, but you can order one from Lee Precision for $8.00 as of 10/20/2019. I bought both the 9mm and the 38 Special kits at the same time (years ago) and the 38 Special kit had the flaring tool, same exact one that the 9mm kit uses. I bought this mallet https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MYO4BNP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it works fine, seems very sturdy. You probably need a powder scale as well, either balance beam or electronic.

Good day, please advise which model should I buy Lee classic charger to recharge using .380 acp? Don´t there exists a model lee classic loader, inform which items should I buy to start reloading .380 and .40 projectile, more economically?

I don't believe they make the classic lee loader in .40. But the 9mm model is very easy to use. The .380 should be very similar to the 9mm. It is a very good and economical reloading system.

Habe den Artikel umgetausch weil ein Teil zum erweitern der Hülse (Flaring Tool) fehlte. Bei der neuen Lieferung fehlte das Teil erneut obwohl ich auf den Mängel hingewiesen habe.

Good "caveman" kit for reloading

Purchased and used to reload a few dozen rounds of 9mm as an introduction to reloading. The kit is solidly built out of durable material, small enough to toss in a range bag (should you need to), and comes with everything you need (tool-wise) except for the hammer. I later bought the 223 rem kit as well and have reloaded a few there. Fit and finish is beautiful. Curiously, the 9mm decapper doesn't fit 223 (the pins are the same size, but the 9mm decapper shaft is heavier stock, so it doesn't fit past the neck of a 223 case, whereas the 223 being lighter stock can be used on 9mm), which I'm sure has more to do with cost than functionality, but it would be nice if the kits came with universal decappers (it's literally just a pin punch...but again I guess they do that for cost reasons). For what it's worth, the 223 decapper is slender enough to decap virtually any round I'd be interested in reloading, so that's probably the first item I'm going to need to replace at some point in the future.
