Great product, original, and working as expected. i have always loved buying hardware components from a reputable manufacturer like Ugreen because they are originally and cost effective compared to other manufacturers. i use VCC for gaming since i do not have a dedicated monitor for now and it works just fine. high quality picture, minimal lag and delay compared to other VCCs. highly recommended for streamers.

I have seen lots of reviews stating that the quality of stream lowers, but maybe it's because I'm starting out and I can't tell a vast difference from what's already there, but if you do want a budget-friendly device and you already have a laptop and a gaming console. You should definitely get this. Funny thing is, it doesn't overheat, and everything is built-in including audio, which you should probably select while you're using Streamlabs or OBS.

At first, I honestly thought this capture card was defective. I connected my PS5, TV and MacBook, but the signal kept cutting out. The UGREEN logo would appear, the signal would briefly work, and then it would disconnect and restart. I was genuinely about to give it one star and return it. I even checked the reviews afterwards and thought, “I really should have read these before buying it.” Thankfully, I decided to troubleshoot the issue before giving up. After trying different things, I discovered the actual problem: HDCP was enabled on my PS5! If your capture card isn’t working properly, try this before returning it: 1. Open Settings on your PS5. 2. Go to System. 3. Select HDMI. 4. Find Enable HDCP. 5. Switch it OFF. 6. Reconnect your capture card if necessary and try again. That’s literally what fixed my problem! My MacBook could recognise the capture card, but the HDMI signal wouldn’t stay stable until I disabled HDCP. For reference, I’m using the UGREEN CM726 with my PS5, TV and MacBook. It supports capture up to 2K at 30 FPS, so make sure you check its capture specifications if you’re aiming for 60 FPS. I went from being ready to return this thing to finally getting my setup working. I genuinely thought I’d wasted my money, but it turned out to be a setting on the PS5 all along. My advice: check HDCP before assuming your capture card is faulty. It might save you a return, a replacement, and a lot of unnecessary frustration! Five stars

Pros: - Audio and Video output works as expected without installing any drivers - Some say Audio doesn't work but the audio device does appear and can be listen to via OBS or enabling the "Listen to this device" within windows 11, very easy to setup. - Video and Audio is excellent at 1080p when I tested, minimal compression and no noisy artifacts - Latency is very minimal, it can be slightly more latency bound if the game being captured only runs at 30fps but at 60fps it's quiet minimal if using the capture to use as a monitor though ur pc with OBS ect. Cons: - Very minor con, the capture card needs power to view the HDMI signal on a monitor/pc, without it you can't view the signal. However if your pc does support power to devices while your pc is off or sleep the capture card can still work meaning u can just have hdmi cables connected to the capture card and forget abou it. Highly recommend for the price compared to other capture cards that support both input and output.
