Leg Cramps PM Nighttime Cramp Relief Tablets, 50 Count (Pack of 2)

This product is a God Send !!! I have 2 pinched nerves in my back (which I get injections for about every 3-4 months) but when I lay down and my muscles relax I get Horrible cramps in my right leg and foot that wake me up. I used to have to get up and walk it off. I now take ONE of these pills at night when I am lying in bed watching TV....Does NOT "Knock me out" like a sleeping pill....but helps me drift off to sleep and I can sleep ALL Night with NO Leg/Foot cramps. If I do have to get up there is NO hungover feeling like with a sleeping pill.....If you have Never had leg or foot cramps at night then You are very lucky...BUT...If you DO....TRY these pills - All I Need is 1 to dissolve under my tongue and I am good. HUGE THANKS to the Person or Team that invented or came up with these !!!

I get the worse 'Charlie horses'. They're so bad they wake me up & immediately I jump out of bed to stand & walk before my legs lock. Hyland has been a God send as all I do is place three under my tongue, which dissolves quickly & boom cramps are gone, just that fast. Now I keep them on my nightstand. So now instead of being awake for an hour trying to relieve the cramps, walking them out, massaging them & using muscle rubs, I'm back in bed within minutes. There's really no taste plus as I said they dissolve very fast.

I take this medication every night to make sure I do not have leg cramps. I strongly recommend these to anyone who experiences leg cramps at nighttime! They work!!!

I’ve been using these for several years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere without them. Fast acting too. Just dissolve them under your tongue and you can retake them in a few hours if the cramps persist. But I also find that they help me get a good nights sleep. So grateful to have these available, love them.

My leg cramps can be very severe, and these seem to help. I can feel the muscle start to cramp but then not start fully. Welcome help for sure.
