I’ve been really interested in staying healthy as I get older, and I kept hearing about this anti‑aging supplement called NOVOS Core. It’s a powder you mix with water, kind of like a vitamin drink, but it has many different ingredients that are supposed to help slow down aging. I decided to try it—and here’s what I honestly think.Easy to use: I liked that I didn’t have to swallow a bunch of pills. One packet in a glass of water, and done. The taste is actually not bad—it reminds me of orange juice. I usually take it with breakfast.Felt calmer and slept better: After about two weeks, I started feeling more relaxed and noticed I was sleeping better. I think that could be from ingredients like magnesium, glycine, and L‑theanine, which are known to help with those things.More energy during the day: I don’t drink much coffee, but I felt I had more natural energy, especially in the morning. Not like a caffeine boost, just more steady and focused.One simple mix: What I like most is that it combines a lot of ingredients I’ve seen in other health products—like AKG, fisetin, lithium, rhodiola, and hyaluronic acid—so I don’t need to buy each one separately.It’s expensive: I won’t lie—it’s not cheap. You pay a premium for the convenience and the research behind it. I thought about mixing the ingredients myself, but it felt complicated and I wasn’t sure about the right amounts.

First some context: if you look at my profile, you'll see I've been researching, taking, and reviewing supplements for many years. When I learned about longevity, I spent months researching the field, the supplements, and the claims. I first heard about NOVOS from an interview with a customer of theirs named Julie Clark who is outperforming that biohacker Bryan Johnson for just about $100 a month (compared to his $2M per year) on Ben Greenfield's podcast, and again on Will Tennyson's. She reduced her biological age more than Bryan and believes that NOVOS was what did it.I tried a few products, including Bryan Johnson's Blueprint products, Timeline's Mitopure, and obviously NOVOS. In my opinion, there's really no comparison: NOVOS is the winner when it comes to longevity. Why?1. The scientific research. NOVOS Core is the only formula studied and found to extend animal lifespan -- the essence of a longevity formula, which suspiciously, few longevity companies even test for. It extended mouse lifespan more than any supplement, including NAD+ boosters like TruNiagen's NR. The other products have no research at all (Blueprint) or only simple studies about muscles or mitochondria, not aging (Mitopure -- which I like for exercise, I'm just not sold that it's really a longevity supplement). I also appreciate that NOVOS' team is composed of scientists from Harvard, which is rare for a supplement company.2. How I feel when I take it. I sleep better. I feel more calm (likely the theanine, magnesium, glycine, and microdosed lithium). I think more clearly. I haven't noticed skin benefits yet, but the company says this can take a few months (I've been on it for just over a month now).3. The taste. I like the orange flavor. I've also gotten unflavored, but I prefer orange. Unflavored I guess could be good for a smoothie or juice, but it still has an herbal taste if mixed in plain water.4. The convenience. I appreciate that the Core formula eliminates about 7 supplements from my stack (fewer pills to have to worry about ordering, sorting through, and taking), and adds a few new supplements I hadn't been taking.Overall, Core is a very solid addition to my supplement routine. I like how I feel on it, its convenience, and that I can drink it with my lunch rather than lugging around even more pills. I took NOVOS' biological age blood test before starting on Core and will test again in 5 months and report back on my results.I'll also keep on top of NOVOS' research and see if other companies release comparable products with high quality research, and will update my review if / when anything changes.

Tastes good. Easy to mix. Hopefully it does work for anti aging!!

I have been taking NOVOS for a few weeks now and will say that the biggest change I’ve noticed thus far is my sleep quality seems to have improved. I currently wear an Oura ring and in terms of score, it has very steadily gone up in terms of overall quality. I have remained consistent in terms of trying to control outside factors (going to bed at the same time etc) and adding in NOVOS was the one variable that truly seems to have helped. I also noticed upon waking, I feel less sluggish? As though my body has obtained the ample amount of rest.I LOVE the flavor as it’s like a little treat at night for me and the orange isn’t too sugary but rather a little sour which is pleasant. I have noticed that diluting it a bit more is nice as well. Overall I’m really excited to continue the use of the product and see how it helps to improve in the long run; inclusive of skin benefits which I’m excited to see come to fruition. Yes - a bit more pricey but I do believe that you pay for quality and genuine research as opposed to micro amounts of “good for you ingredients” advertised to achieve outcomes that are not feasible. NOVOS is the real deal and the reality is that will sometimes come at a premium - question is how much is your health worth to you?Highly recommend giving the product a cycle try for a few months and document subtle changes you may notice.

Was excited to receive and try this product. But was then very disapointed to see the inclusion of an unspecified amount of Erythritol (used as a sweetner?), now that some recent studies have shown a substantial cardiac risk after ingesting this monosaccharide.Had I known I wouldn't have ordered this relatively pricey product. Unfortunately, I'll be throwing this product in the garbage...for me, it's not worth the risk of taking it.

LOVE the flavor… but it’s like it tastes so good to me because my body craves it like I’m deficient in something… Idk just makes me feel good and it’s just like… assurance you know. Super important ingredients and the science seems solid. Starting to see it in health shops but the price on amazon is good. Just get it. Trust.

I’ve been taking Novos Core in the orange flavor for a while now, and I am genuinely impressed. It’s so convenient to get a blend of 12 clinically studied ingredients in one daily sachet instead of swallowing a dozen different pills. The orange flavor is refreshing, not overly artificial, and blends perfectly into my morning water or smoothie. Since starting it, I’ve definitely noticed a positive difference in my daily energy levels, better mental clarity, and improved recovery after workouts.My only real complaint is the high price. At $109 for a one-month box, it's a significant financial commitment. However, if you have the budget, it’s worth it to know you are taking one of the most scientifically rigorous and comprehensive anti-aging supplements on the market. Highly recommended!

Im still checking out this product. The flavor gives me literal chill's it is so sour! I am trying to support my kidney health and this supports organs including the brain, eyes, heart, liver, kidneys, muscles, and gut, which tend to decline with age. I havent noticed a difference yet but I am a regular supplement taker so I will give it this box and see if I notice any difference in my alertness, maybe skin, I work out and at 66 yrs old I notice I dont have as much muscle tone so I will look for improvement there as well and check back.
