It works, but needs some improvements
I use this as a fender for a large (6 inch) pipe mooring pole at my marina. It works and seems of good quality - a dense foam with protective covers. The problem is attaching the thing to a large pole. Other fenders do not work with poles (they roll out of the way) and most pole fenders are too small. This was compromise, but it does not stay in place well. There are two holes on each of the shorter ends, one with a 2-foot light cord, and the other with a Velcro strap. There is no way to bend this thing to make it conform to rounded surfaces, and only the four holes, so without modifying it is difficult to mount. My next step is to use some hand tools to add some holes and strap it more securely to the pole.
