Been taking for 2 wks,nails seem tobe in better condition and grown quickly,not sure if coincidence??Will keep taking.has anyone else noticed this??

Very good quality. I am anemic and I take 3/ day instead of the horrible ones that you can take from the pharmacy, instead of the ferrous fumarate 210mg

leaving 3 stars as it seems like a brilliant product. clean ingredients (almost). but the security seal was broken, which had resulted in all capsules being hardened. but the feedback from other purchases sound pretty amazing, just a shame that i won't be able to comment on the actual effect of it.

This is natural food grown iron (from yeast), vit c and b2, and has been a good addition to my daily intake. The ingredients are clean and minimal. If it's not strong enough, maybe iron from yeast isn't effective enough for your needs. But I personally have noticed a subtle and positive improvement in overall well-being and energy.
