I have been using the TopScan Pro for a while and it's incredibly convenient. It saves me time and money by eliminating repair visits. The scanner connects to my phone quickly and stably, delivering fast, clear diagnostics and comprehensive reset functions. you will have to pay for subscription after the first year but I think its worth if you are going to use it frequently. I highly recommended for DIY car owners.

This has been a very useful diagnostic tool. I have resolved issues with my car that would have cost me thousands of dollars if I had taken it to a shop. I have diagnosed and fixed several issues, keeping my SUV in peak shape and for much less. You get frequent updates and they sometimes come up with new features which have also downloaded. I have helped friends with their vehicles. I have been very pleased with this reader.

I bought the Topscan Pro to tackle some ongoing issues with my 2018 Honda Civic, specifically related to the ABS system and a few engine fault codes. After taking it to multiple shops to clear the codes, the ABS warning light wouldn't go off, and I was noticing inconsistent brake performance. I knew it was time to take matter into my own hands. At first, when I powered on the scanner, it didnt seem to work, no power, nothing showing up on the screen. I was worried the scanner itself was faulty. After some troubleshooting, I realized that the issue was actaully with my car's OBD2 port, which was not making good connection. After reviewing the pins the Topscan Pro powered right away, and that's when the magic happened. It quickly scanned and found several faults, including issues with the ABS and engine management systems. The best part? It cleared my ABS warning light and fixed the brake system's inconsistencies, now brakes feel smooth, no more annoying dash lights. This tool saved my countless trips to the mechanic shop and made me feel like a true DIY mechanic. The peace of mind I have gained knowing i can diagnose and fix problems on my own is priceless. I highly recommend this tool

This product will not work without internet anymore. I bought this scanner to be able to do as it said. Yes, it needed internet to download the cars and updates. Worked fine for me until they updated it. I had it updated when I noticed on free time and was not using it. Two week later my vehicle broke on the road. I have the software installed on my tablet which only has wifi connection. It always worked on the road to diagnose the problems. But, now broke down and needed to find out what happened, I installed the dongle and boot up my tablet. Could NOT DO ANYTHING. All of a sudden I have to log in to a topdon account to use the thing. On a country road and no internet access and I cannot use it. I had to have the van towed home at $160.00 only to find out after getting home it could have been fixed on the road from the codes on my old handheld basic scanner. I contacted topdon and they tried telling me it always needed an internet connection to work. LIE! I used it for family cars all the time out on the road and have used it for a running diagnoses down the road 20 miles out and 20 miles back. Cannot do anything on it anymore. I am not going to not only post this here, but every place that has a review about it. They also want to much personal information to use a scan tool. Try filling out a review on Topdon site and see what you have to give up information to do so, right down to a required picture of you. But in short, this item has already made the trash as it is useless now to even just give codes without an internet connection. So, gonna copy this and finding every review site I can find and posting this. Tried also to login to get access back and their email reply with code does not come right away, thus taking to long and number expired.

Great product. Has been great working on my Kia Telluride. A lot of the maintenance require monitoring the temps of a lot of components. I have done my radiator fluid, transmission fluid and brakes (Electronic Parking Brake) with ease cause of this device.
