As others have said, operation with the buttons on the helmet is tricky with gloves. You can figure it out eventually, but it's certainly not intutitive and takes more concentration away from the road than it should. Installation is fiddly and the installation guide is pretty bad. Doable, certainly, but not great. The main issue is the functionality of the unit itself. Forget about adaptive volume, that will just randomly increase/decrease the speaker volume with no apparent rhyme or reason. There's a claim that the system is noise cancelling, but if it is, it's nowhere near what you might be used to from even cheap noise cancelling headphones. Frankly, I doubt there's any noise cancellation happening. Microphone quality is flat-out atrocious. Siri will not recognize or misrecognize commands at least nine times out of ten, and trying to make phone calls while riding is an exercise in frustration on both sides. If you have a Shoei helmet and want an integrated solution, then this is your only option, but my recommendation is to stay away from Sena if you can. Other options aren't as neatly integrated in the helmet, but I hear they work at least.

i have a lot pain to put the battery at its place on my helmet and battery no work more than 7 hour and not 13hour like they say i'm not impressed buy the sound quality and my friends heard my exhaust in my microphone
