LOVE this wind-up timer! It works every time. I'd used this type for 40 years before I broke it during a move and the digital one I purchased at Walmart would shut off in mid-bake. This is the best, accurate timer I've ever used and I'm a retired baker. Awesome product.

Louder than the digital ones and lower frequency as well. Helps for us hearing impaired.

It does the job, but it doesn't seem very durable. There's a little trick of going back then forward to get it to work. The "bell" sound when you get to 0 is NOT loud enough for me. Guess I am just remembering the old bell type that rand LOUD! It is inexpensive, so I deal with it. Like to see the countdown, which is why I bought.

Easy to set and use the timer. I expected the sound to be louder, it is not.

Even though the directions were there, we tried to operate before reading and almost returned item. Once we read the directions-the item worked great. Maybe a bigger note saying STOP--READ DIRECTIONS-It was not the obvious way to operate.

Don't waste your money. Doesn't wind and if it does it only rings a couple times and it not loud enough to hear. I thought I was getting the one that you see in the kitchen stores etc. Not so. It is cheap, no back to it and you have to wind it several times to get the spring to set. I would not suggest this at all!Totally disappointed!
