SOLGAR Gluco Hyaluronic Chond, 60 CT

This is a pretty standard Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement from a known brand. Capsules and bottle were fresh and new and dry inside and well packaged. Didn't really make significant, lasting difference for my joints and tendons (used it for many months). Supposedly, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and also MSM give you temporary relief and make you think you are getting better, but the underlying inflamation will come back if you stop using these. I used these for months and then just went on fruit-only diet and detoxed on and off for a year and THAT helped. But if you really want these ingredients, then this is a good, clean brand. I know too much about how supplements are made and don't trust that I'm getting a clean product yet in india, so all my supplements have come from the U.S. As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). These supplements are usually very expensive (in dollars these supplements are about half the price!)... but I only buy supplements that I knew from the U.S. so had to pay extra.
