MOES WiFi Smart Double Light Switch, Neutral Required, White

Solid product with fairly easy setup

Works great. Using in bathroom so top button turns on light and bottom button turns on exhaust fan. Since it is wifi and Google compatible, I set a trigger in the MOES app so when the light is turned on it will trigger the exhaust fan to turn on also. I also set the timer so it would auto turn off after 40 minutes or I can turn off at the switch.

UPDATE SEPT. 2026: I've edited my previous review (see below) to reflect new information. This is a terrible product. Maybe it's a fluke when one switch stops working probably, maybe even two switches, but not when THREE MORE do the exact same thing: they'll work great for several weeks, maybe even months, and then one day you notice that the light didn't turn on right away when you pressed the button. You think maybe you didn't hit it properly. So, you tap the button again, and the light works. But as time goes on, you begin to realize that the delay or non-responsiveness when you tap the button is not your imagination. It's indicative of a very poor design. It no longer matters if they're willing to offer a replacement switch, because I don't have the time nor the inclination to constantly have to take apart and reinstall another new switch again, and again, and again. This is unacceptable, and I'm regretting ever purchasing, or recommending these switches to others. And, by the way, the friends I have recommended this to, have had the exact same problem. This is not our imagination, this is not one or two reviewers saying that they've had the same problem. This is apparently a known issue with these switches from this company. Do yourself a favor, and buy something else. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Excellent features and build - highly recommend Excellent switches and easy to install. I especially like the "inching" feature in their app. We use these switches for bathroom fans and heat lamps to make sure they go off automatically after "x" minutes of being turned on. No wasted electricity and no extra wear and tear on the fans and bulbs as would happen when someone turns the switch on and then forgets about it. Works perfectly with Alexa and Google Home. A couple of years ago we had a problem with one of these switches, and MOES customer service responded well to take care of the issue. That's why we had no hesitation to buy these again when it was time to add more smart switches in another location.

Plastic and the buttons feel incredibly cheap. The switch is also bulky, so make sure you have room in the electrical box, especially since you need a neutral wire. That being said, the installation was very easy as long as you have basic skills with electrical wiring. The app detected the switch automatically, and adding it to my Alexa app so I can setup routines and voice controls was incredibly easy and straightforward.

Easy to install and seem more durable than the glass ones that I owned before

I ordered a three switch in mint condition used like new and instead i received a very very used one with scratches all over the plate and with one of the switch doesnt work do not turn on
