Works well but hard to stay charged when not plugged in all the time

Don't buy... This is a piece of junk. I bought this product to use for my trip to China. It worked for 10 minutes then started getting error messages. I even get error message for simple word "hello". Stay away!!! I had to give it a star just to post this review which it doesn't deserve 😔

Easy to work with

The ad says it will work offline but that is not true at all. This must be connected to your phone via Blue Tooth and if your phone does not have an internet connection the the translation does not work. Very disappointed as this is no better than Google Translate or Apple Instant Translate.

Work's well and easy to operate.

we have a helper that comes every two weeks that we are very close with. she speaks no english and we chat by typing in the phone. I purchased this through Enence for my wife many weeks before Christmas. I was perturbed because it was suppose to arrive in time as a present. I actually tried to cancel the order as it was so late. It finally arrived mid January. My wife loved it. Our friend was amazed and they chatted by voice !. I got on Amazon and purchased another. It was 1/3 the price ! and arrived the next day !!The same exact device ! and gave it to her and she was so excited she broke down in tears. She even texts us from home and it translates the texts! Very Nice to pair with an iPhone ..that i know!

This product malfunction many times. It would work sometimes, and other times no response. Many times great delays in its communication response. My phone app translator worked as good if not better, at no cost to me.

This device uses Apple to translate requests to me that is a first amendment violation to your rights to privacy. every time you use the device to translate it goes to them the device simply asks for permission the moment you click yes you automatically consent to sharing verbose words communication with Apple and there’s no evidence that shows that Apple will protect your privacy after you use the device. And Apple corporation is only available In United States I could be wrong unless they managed to expand. Soo ? I’m when you go out of the country it will definitely disappoint you .get your money back or do not recommend buying this device

fast prompt delivery. Easy to use and works okay. I was hoping it would have Maltese language.
