If Apple made a popcorn popper it wouldn't be this nice.
This is a stunningly beautiful and well-made product that does exactly what it promises. It allows you to easily make top quality popcorn from home. I'm a huge popcorn nut and I've never seen anything else like this on the market. I've already made several batches with my family and we've devoured with delight. It's been fun to let my kids help and best of all, it's an opportunity to connect and do something fun as a family with a delicious outcome.Their popcorn kits make it super easy (the kettle corn in particular is delicious), but you can just make any popcorn you buy at the store work with it too. I'm already thinking of creative possibilities for add-ins and other seasonings. It's easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and works on my induction range. It's not too heavy, but clearly sturdy and high quality. It's so beautiful I've let it sit out on my counter to dress up my kitchen a little. :)

This item is heavy
We pop corn at least 3 times per week. It is my favorite healthy snack. I give this popper a 5 star review! It popped evenly and the quality of the pot and stirring mechanism is better than I imagined! It is however, heavy when trying to dump the popped corn with one hand. Luckily there is a handle on the other side too. This would not keep me from recommending it. The flavor was fantastic and I know it will not break compared to the Stir Crazy and Whirly Pop I have had in the past. Both don’t last very long. Our last Whirly Pop fell apart after the second time washing it and we couldn’t get it put back together. The Popsmith is definitely worth the money and works very well! Easy to clean too!

Gorgeous, high quality popcorn popper makes perfect popcorn every time
We've been using our Popsmith popper for a few nights now and, put simply, it makes perfect popcorn every time. So easy to use, you'll have perfect and incredibly tasty popcorn in under 10 minutes. It's fun to make, our 7 year old boy helps us do it too, and it's a breeze. There are very few, if any, unpopped kernels and you don't get any burned ones either. It's the perfect tool for movie night or just a snack. Get creative and create your own amazing flavors too. The popper also looks like a million bucks. We love it and we'll be buying more to give as gifts this holiday season.

Disappointed
Unfortunately there are problems customers should be aware of. I'm disappointed in this product, because for the price you would think it wouldn't have problems.1) When starting, sometimes the kernels get stuck in the mixing rods. You either have to turn the handle the other way, or shake the pot.2) When turning the handle, the lid doesn't stay on. You almost have to hold it down while turning.3) Once the popping starts, oil starts to leak out between the pot and lid. (I had a mess to clean up after my first try.) Look at some of the videos and you'll see what I'm talking about.4) When you go to dump the popcorn into a bowl, most of the popcorn gets stuck in the turning device. You either have to take the stirring device out (which scatters popcorn all over); use your hands (which on hot popcorn can burn); or turn it completely upside down and shake it (because of the weight of the pot, you can't do it with one hand).5) I really wanted to like this, one feature that appealed to me, was that it is machine washable. But it's so large, it takes up too much space. It's easier just to wash it in the sink.
