This tea was recommended to me by my naturopathic doctor for thyroid function and hormone balance. The tea has a nice flavor and I was happy with the size of the bag and the number of tea bags. I haven't noticed the health benefits as of yet but will keep drinking this tea. The price was a bit steep but you do get a lot of tea bags.

This is a great tea. It's tasty with a little tartness so I put a couple of drops of steavia in it. I find there are a lot of tea bags in this package and I tend to reuse one a couple of times so it's economical plus easier than the loose teas.
