Yes, I would recommend this.
I have been taking Prevegen for about 3 years. Prior to use, I was having issues with concentration, as in I would be reading a book and would read the same paragraph several times or just kind of space out for a bit then look back to the book. I was also having the usual post menopausal "cant remember the name for that" issues. Since using Prevegen I feel much more like myself and can read to my hearts content, even remembering what I read!

Too soon to tell
Chose the chewable because they were available. Got them for my 99 yr old mother who is having problems with names and details. She's been taking them for 2 months. Can't tell if there's any improvement yet. Mainly hoped that it would slow down further loss. My memory is really good, just want to keep it that way. It has helped my brittle fingernails!
