Brilliant pan, non stick surface cooks and cleans very easily. Substantial weight but not too heavy.

This is well worth the money. It is lightweight, non stick and very easy to clean. I now have 3 types of masterclass pots and pans and they are unbelievably lightweight and great to use. I made sure that I bought a good set of silicone utensils to use on them and never touch them with metal at all. Also, never use Scourers as they do not need them and this may damage them. I can't say how well they would do in a dishwasher as I don't have one. I do know that aluminium should not go in a dishwasher.

Good frying pan as far as non stick is concerned but handle quite loose which is why I only gave it four stars. A pity really as Masterclass products have always been spot on and I have bought many!

Before I purchased I read 2 negative comments. 1) it doesn't work on induction hobs. Rubbish! Works perfectly fine so ignore. 2) Its sticky. Food sticks to it. Now I make pancakes every day and I have to say I love this pan. Does it stick? No. If you know how to make pancakes you'll know that you have to ge the pan hot. When hot, the non stick kicks in. If you cook the pancake on a low heat, guess what, it cooks slowly and sticks to the pan. So overall highly recommended. If you look at my feedback you'll know I rarely write reviews. I wrote this, because the product is excellent and well worth the extra money. Well made, great to cook with and looks like it will last. Don't be tempted by the cheap ones, you'll pay extra in the long run. Overall a very happy customer. Will definately repurchase when this ones gone, but I doubt I'll need one or a few years.

I am very pleased with this pan. It is a good weight and quality. I have a gas hob and the heat distribution was fine. The non stick property of the pan is probably the best I have had, though can't comment about longevity as I have not had it for long. Would recommend. I have since bought a second pan in a different size.

I spent a long time looking for a replacement for a heavy-duty Tefal pan which had come to the end of a long life, and eventually chose this. It works well enough, but is lighter than I expected (a bit of a disappointment) and they tell you that the non-stick coating will acquire a patina aka discolour, which wasn't quite what I was hoping for, even though I'm careful not to over-heat pans. If you're used to smooth non-stick, this is rough and rather different, but it's effective. And the handle can get hot, so if it's been on the stove a while, you might want to use a mitt. I'd like to be more enthusiastic about this purchase, but somehow....I'll willingly use it for the time being, but I'm already thinking about its replacement.

Great pan, and even better for pancakes. Ease to use and simple to clean.

Love this pan. So much better than other so called non stick pans. Very light. Works well with induction. I wasn’t able to find a small pan sadly so had to go elsewhere for a little one.

Pleasant to cook with

Het was even wennen omdat deze pan iets groter is dan de gemiddelde Nederlandse pannenkoekpan. De binnenkant van de pan is ruw en anti-aanbak. Pannekoeken bakken gaat met deze pan uitstekend en heel makkelijk. De pan wordt veel gebruikt en de binnenkant is inmiddels een beetje verkleurd. Dat heeft geen invloed op de bakresultaten.

Die Pfanne eignet sich für ein schnelles Essen mit verschiedenen Zutaten. Gut zu reinigen und aus gutem Material. Empfehlenswert!

I love my Master Class pans. They clean EASIER than the Non Stick I already wasted money on (got two scratches on the NON STICK pans and they're only about 7 months old!). These ARE WORTH the money. I have a small fry pan and a 1 quart pot. Gonna get the big pan next. YES THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY! Besides, with Ama, if you don't like them, you can return them BUT I GUARANTEE you WON'T return them; you're going to fall in love with them. Don't look for it to come fast -- they are made in Australia and took some time to get to me BUT WORTH THE WAIT AND THE PRICE!
