Fair value polarity converter cables that work well
The UpperFu 3Pcs DC Power 5.5mm x 2.1mm Reverse Polarity Cable arrived economically packaged in a zip lock style plastic bag and came in good shape. All three cables worked well despite the lackluster presentation. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

New life for old adapters.
Does what it is supposed to do. I have a bunch of 9v and 12v center + adapters. Most music related deveices seem to be center -. For a couple of dollars apiece, I can repurpose my surplus adapters without having to rewire the connectors.
