Very sturdy. All 4 rods are straight and coated with a light layer of oil to help prevent corrosion. I will update this review if I have any issues with more use.

Harbor freight clamps for harbor freight welding table
These 16 mm rods work great for making harbor freight welding table hold down clamps from harbor freight clamps. The 16 mm rods fit perfectly in the table…great fit! They were easy to cut with grinder cut off and easy to weld to the clamps.
