I received the brow styling wax and was disappointed with the condition of the product. The wax arrived completely dried out and unusable. It also did not include a brush, even though the listing made it seem like it would. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund

Terrible product that doesn’t hold as promised. You’d have better luck spending your money on Got2B glue out the jar to use on your brows. This product just does not work for anyone with thick or curly brows.

This gel is very effective, it leaves my eyebrows just the way I like them, I comb and define them the way I want, and it is also long-lasting.

Definitely a must have because it holds those brows for any occasion. I was at a festival in the heat and they held up.
