It's freaking delicious!
We love McCormick Hollandaise. We've tried making our own and it doesn't come out great. We've also tried other brands. This one is the winner. It's very easy to make- water and butter. A snap to prepare, mixed smoothly, and the packet divides easily for a smaller serving. Requires no added milk, and has a good lemony touch compared to competitors.

Quick & easy Hollandaise sauce. Sure speeds up breakfast prep. Better price than the grocery store!

Perfect
I figured since I have purchased this twice, it was time to rave about it. We are Hollandaise lovers. Making it from scratch can be costly and iffy to make sure you get it right. Enter McCormicks package Hollandaise Sauce. Butter, cold water and a package make it quick and delicious. I like a little more lemon flavor, so I add some fresh lemon juice at the end. Stir it in well, and you are ready to serve. I let it sit for about 15 minutes to come together completely. Over asparagus or Eggs Benedict and you have the perfect pairing. Not bad on lamb chops either. While it may seem pricey to buy such a big box, it doesn’t go bad or to waste. At your finger tips when you need it.
