I picked up the AllMaleUp Extra Strong Pills a while back to see if they’d help with energy during busy weeks, and they’ve been okay. I took one about 30 minutes before things got going, and it did give me a bit of a boost—nothing dramatic, but I felt more awake and in the game. I ordered these to help boost my energy levels and performance in workouts, especially on days that I ‘really do not feel like it’. They are quite small (14.5mm x 10.7mm x 5.1mm), hard, tasteless, and easy to swallow blue tablets and come in a pack of 10. This makes them about £1 each. The ingredients list consists of supplements that recognise and have taken before. It says to take 1 pill 30 to 60 mins before activity, which is convenient for me to take just before I leave the house. Personally, I find that they do give a lift, nothing dramatic but just what I need to get going and start in a positive frame of mind. I am not sure how long the effect lasts since I am usually pretty drained after a workout. They didn’t give me a headache, and I didn’t feel thirsty like some others do. However, I expect that the others are trying to be a bit punchier, so more downsides are expected. So, I for as I am concerned, these do pretty much what they say they will do, are pretty safe, have few if any downsides and are a reasonable priced.

Great tablets kicks in straight away but gave me a headache the next day I don't know if it's cause I didnt drink alot of water after words. But it was great tho at the time

These ‘male performance supplements’ just about win 4 stars from me, because the price of £9.99 (at time of review) is so good – less than half the going rate for this sort of product. On the other hand, I haven’t found them very effective. (Whatever it may say on the product page about general health improvement, this type of product is really concerned with short term improvements in sexual performance.) I’ve now tried these three times, and they do improve firmness, but not by as much as many similar products. Personally, I want to be sure that the product will have the maximum benefit,, so I'd rather pay a little more.
