Do they make you retain water?

They can if you aren't taking in enough water. It is a matter of finding the right balance for you.

What size is this tablet? And it is a tablet and not a capsule, correct?

Tablet and about the size of nickel.

Can these be crushed? I cannot swallow them.

I wouldn’t recommend crushing these unless you want a mouthful of salt.

Where are the tablets made? Thank you.

The product packaging says it is distributed in the USA, but not where the tablets are made. We have taken these sodium/potassium blends for decades with no adverse side effects.
