Does this measure in mg?

No, it measures grams with no decimal place and there is no mg option. Item description says "Division Value: 0.1 oz / 1g". Meaning, there is one decimal place when measuring pounds and ounces. Convert grams and ounces at convert-me (dot) com. Notice that 0.1 ounce = 2.835 gram. Thus measuring in whole grams will be more accurate than one decimal place of an ounce. Milligrams would be obsessive for typical kitchen use. There are other scales that measure mg if that is your need.

Why does it blink "Lo" when im charging it?

I couldn't get the USB cable provided to work, and when I used a good cable, I found out the scale wouldn't charge at all.

Just recieved my scale and the micro usb does not fit. Luckily i had one that did... Anyone else have this issue?

I did as well. But I was able to get it to work by turning the micro USB up side down.
