750 Pound Lift
We received our MoJack 750 pound a week ago and are very happy with it so far. It assembled easily, with all the parts included, as expected, and is easy and safe to use. It is sturdily built, has proper safety measures, (wheel belts and safety lift lock) and is exactly what my husband has needed to service our three lawn tractors more easily. He's kicking himself for not finding and buying one sooner. Before ordering, I looked at other manufacturers and MoJack looked to be the most heavily built in this price range, which we definitely needed with our lawn tractors. Most pictures are of zero turn mowers, which have less weight in the front, so I included some we took of our largest mower on the lift. My husband commented that the wheel base was almost too wide for the lift, with only an inch or two to spare, and that he was glad that it included the security belts that hold the tires in the saddles. This said, do make sure that your mower will safely fit before ordering. He used his drill to lift the mowers, which he said worked well. Our lift was delivered UPS in a large box weighing 125 pounds. It was securely strapped but was still HEAVY, so you'll likely need an appliance cart or strong friend to help move it. We bought ours from Amazon Services LLC., and I do believe different suppliers might be the reason sometimes for poor customer satisfaction. Amazon has always made things right with me through the years if something is wrong with my purchase. If I have any more to add as time passes, I will update my review. Recommend! Edit- My husband has used this many times through the summer mowing season and is very happy with it's performance and safe, ease of use. He's very happy that we purchased this!

Worth every penny!
I purchased my MOJACK PRO through Amazon at the end of July 2011. Amazon has good prices and I love the free shipping option. It arrived in August and had a defective wheel pad. I called the company customer service. Wow! You get to talk to a real person who knows and cares about his product and good customer service. He registered my warranty info over the phone and sent the replacement part the same day, no questions asked. What a pleasure. Replacement part worked perfectly as does the lift itself. I have a John Deere X320 with 48 inch deck. The Mojack Pro lifts it easily and securely. I wanted a mower jack because I have severe arthritis and a very bad back. It would take me 3 hours or more to drop the deck, clean it, change out the blades and reinstall. Then the pain from the arthritis would put me in bed for the next two days. Now, from the time I start setting up the Mojack Pro to the time I have put it back up is around 45 minutes and I still feel well enough to cut the grass or do something else. This lift is easy to use and saves me time and energy. The only problem I have is folding/unfolding the lift and I think that will get easier with practice. Have used the lift 3 times in the 2 months since purchase. If it hadn't been a drought would use it more. I cut 3 acres on rocky ground, so I need to change out and sharpen the blades regularly. I had been avoiding that task due to my health. Now I can keep my machine serviced and the blades in good order. This lift is worth every penny and the makers stand behind their product with excellent customer service. They also have their own website that has excellent demo videos if you are researching this type of product and want to see it in action. Maximum rating in whatever system you want to use. I would buy again from these folks in a heartbeat and I recommend this product wholeheartedly. -- Larry H in Holly Springs, Arkansas

Long term use review
I won 100 dollars in an online sweepstakes 5 years ago and purchased this lift for my JD tractor style mower. I was tired of taking the "quick disconnect" deck off and turning it over to sharpen blades. It took way too long to sharpen and change blades. This lift was easy to set up and worked great. I could now get to the underside of the deck and swap the dull blades for a sharpened set in just a few minutes. You still have to lay down on the floor to get to the underside but there is plenty of room to get to everything. I have since stepped up to a commercial zero turn JD and it is much larger but the majority of the weight is in the back of the mower so it's not too heavy for this lift. I like the safety features of the MoJack, the tires have straps that you can cinch down onto the front wheels to keep it from slipping and the lift part has a sturdy strap and large teeth to keep the lift from dropping. I wanted to use this before I reviewed it and then I forgot to do the review. Usually I would not worry about doing a review but this product has been a big help to me and I wanted to let other people know about my experience. Now that I have used it heavily the only issue that I have found is that when lowering the mower the lift does not move as smooth as it once did but it is not a big deal. I have never felt unsafe using this even while trying to get a stubborn blade bolt to break loose. The front tires fit down into the wheel holders and I don't know if you could make them come out even if you tried. One last note: When I first received the lift, the box it was packed in had had a rough ride in the UPS truck or somewhere in between. it had some holes in the box and when I removed all the parts I was missing a pin. Luckily it was not integral to the use of the lift. I e-mailed MoJack and got a quick response. The lady simply wanted to know where to mail the part and it was shipped, at no charge, to me. I received it in a couple of days. I enjoy purchasing from a company that stands behind it's products and I have recommended this jack to anyone who complains about changing lawn mower blades.

Solid unit from MoJack!
No problem lifting the front on a Gravely Pro Turn 160 Commercial with a 60" deck that weighs approximately 1,150lbs. I recommend that you drive onto the front pads before placing the pin, otherwise, at least on an epoxied garage floor, the unit will scoot trying to ramp that pin. This will make changing the blades and cleaning the deck not only easier, but more importantly, safer. The unit is heavy duty and feels solid even when lifted 3/4 of the way up. Instructions are clear for putting it together and operation.

Failed right out of the box
Step 1 was to attach the wheels given the necessary bolts and nuts. Except the nuts did not fit. I had to rummage around in my junk to find 2 that would. Once assembled, the wheels wobbled badly. Next failure was attaching the winch to the main shaft. Again, nuts and bolts mismatched and I went back to the junk drawer. I quit after the next step, attaching the hand crank handle. THAT nut also failed. At this point, I am not entirely sure I would trust the engineering enough to get under a mower it lifted. I have ZERO degrees of confidence in this product. You can't choose the wrong part and there are no spares. In fact, the 3 piece washer bubble only had 2 in it. Back to the rummaging. I should not have to use my own parts and the ones they send should work.

Excellent Product!
I purchased this item to lift mt ZTR and I choose the pro model over the standard for the heavier lift rating since my ZTR is one of the heavier ones and I do plan to even have a heavier one in the future. I ordered from the Amazon store and of course it was packaged well. They put another box around the original MoJack box with packing material around it. The outside box was damaged pretty good but the original box was i perfect Condition. 5 Stars for amazon shipping and packaging. Amazon also had the lowest price I could find and being a prime member with free shipping made the deal even sweeter. First impressions? This thing is heavy! I didn't read beforehand but this product weighs 125LBS! Putting it together was a breeze and the instruction manual is well written. I say it took about an Hour to put together. Very well designed and engineered! Breaks apart easy with push pins for easy carrying and storing. Can be put back together in 5 minutes or so. It is also very sturdy. I don't have to worry about unsteady jack stands anymore and it also lifts higher than a standard jack and stands. Did I mention safety? I feel much more comfortable now being under a 1200 pound machine. I heard some state in reviews it is hard to fold? It is very easy. Pull safety pin and rotate a quarter turn and lift on handle and fold. I know this device is fairly expensive but once you see how well it is made I don't think you will regret purchasing it. Plus the benefit of quick lifting and lowering and the extra safety of traditional jacks and stands. I only will use it about 4-5 times a year I imagine someone who uses one more often would love it even more!

rugged and well built
I ordered the MoJack 750 Pro on Thursday, May 14. It arrived on Monday afternoon, May 18. I put it together the following morning; assembly was pretty easy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. After completing the assembly, I gave it a dry run with no load. The crank handle was very difficult to turn in the up direction, and even harder to turn in the down direction. It pretty much jammed at one spot in the down direction. This was disappointing. I called MoJack and got through right away to Anthony in Customer Service. He listened to my description of the problem and agreed that the winch assembly was defective. He promised to send a replacement winch right away. The replacement came today, Friday, May 22 via FedEx. Switching winches was pretty easy and within a half hour I had the new winch in and was cranking my John Deere Z655 ZTR mower's front end up and down with ease. Thank you to Anthony and MoJack for prompt, friendly customer service. A couple of other observations: this unit in the shipping carton is quite heavy, almost 100 pounds I'd guess. Get someone to help you move it around in preparation for assembly. All the pieces are very rugged, heavy gauge steel. Assembled, you can tip it back and roll it around your garage or shop. It comes apart fairly easy for storage, but during mowing season you will probably want to keep it assembled. When the unit arrived the carton was pierced in a couple of places. This surely happened during transit, and is not unexpected due to its size and weight. It didn't cause any problem, however, because all the pieces are very rugged. All in all, I'm very pleased with the unit and give it an enthusiastic five stars.
