Under valued camera
It is a wonderful camera. You have to know how to work it in order to enjoy it for the price!!! I took pix in room light with excellent results . The zoom is digital only, the quality of the pix will be detoriated if you use it, the view finder is fixed and does not zoom at all. It even has a macro mode which is very nice. I am a semi-pro photographer and I am very surprised to see how it functions for the price I pays for. The microSD is 32GB but you have to provide your own adapter or you can connect to your PC via the USB C cable. The USB also charge the battery . Very happy with it so far even the view finder is fixed in wide view!!!

Camera loss its ability to function, my PC no longer recognized it when trying to download images.
Worked great for four months then things slowly started to unravel. Some images became mixed with other images somehow or would not appear due to a image error or the image was just greyed out. The image storage file area became full of various camera software folders/files so the folders/files were mixed in alphabetically with the images just taken. Eventually, the camera would no longer link to my PC to download the images. Looked for updates, Minolta drivers or software downloads thinking maybe there was a newer revision but found nothing at their website. Worst camera I ever owned, I'll probably send it in for repairs but it won't be my primary portable camera.

POOR PERFORMANCE AND HEAVY CAMERA
Buttons on top too close to each other! Camera is heavy and does NOT perform the way it should. Some days the light turns on, the Sim Card (actually smaller one, don't know name) pops out of place even when the door where battery is, IS shut? Does not hold my pictures and if I want to view them ALL I get to see is the last pic I took? Just does not perform well for me and I have had Minolta cameras all my life. So disappointed and am returning it.

Capable lense and useability.
This camera has great sharpness if you are willing to wait an extra 2 seconds for it to find the center point. Doesn't really remind me of Minolta quality build wise, but it has all the features you would expect at this price point. The micro memory card needs an adapter when you go to a local store to make prints. Overall, it's a good travel camera, and adjusts for low light well.

Quality Camera for the Price
Here goes. We have used this camera along with 2 others on two weekend trips, Rocky Mountain National Park and to the Sanger de Christi Mountains both in Colorad1. Developed picture quality tested excellent at 8x10. Construction is quite light. 16xzoom is digital. Opttcal viewfinder a plus Nice camera. Would buy again as complement to my DSLR Cameraalso has selfie auxiliary lens

Not impressed with indoor picture quality
Nice weight and feel in hand (IYKYK) - unfortunately the indoor quality of the pictures were very unimpressive. I really wanted to love this camera, but for the price I wasnt impressed.

Just not good
My cell phone takes better photos than this and is a lot less bulky. The picture quality is terrible. If it had more manual settings where I can adjust for different environments, it might be a decent camera. As-is, the automatic settings are horrible. There is a lot of noise with the indoor pictures—which tells me that there is something wrong with the automatic ISO. It says 40 megapixels but it’s more like 10. I have a Sony Cybershot from 2012 that takes better pictures than this. I’m a reporter and use nice cameras. I bought this Minolta because I thought it would be helpful if I needed to get a quick shot and didn’t have time to get my big camera out. I’m really disappointed. Though this camera is easy to use, it doesn’t offer any features that other lesser-priced cameras can offer. If you don’t care about picture quality, get a cheap $20 camera—that’s what I would pay for this. Definitely no more than $30.

What a Deal.!
This is not the finest camera in the world , but for the price it just might be . I own dozens of cameras of all types: Nikons, Leicas,, Hasselblads, Linhofs. But this little camera is a jewel. Compared to the others it costs next to nothing yet it does it’s job. I bought it to have a camera I could leave on B/W. This one does very well in that capacity.
