recieved mine today. the most well packed and presented package you will get. arrived next day, superb travelling suit case i would call it take a laptop easy. you will be gob smacked at this hob. made for the industry and chefs, but hey, arnt we all budding chefs lol. this machine does exactly what all the videos say. once set on the temprature knob, you cant go wrong, even my wife can do this one lol. set the temp,and never burn another piece of food, it holds it at that temp you set, brilliant. this is the basic cooking,then theres the heat probe sensor, for you chefs oit there,who dont dare burn something. to much to write about here, my first task, was ,dont laugh. eggs and toms on toast. a simple task often ruined by the best of us. not on this machine. set the temp control to 117 on the digital readout, pop in the toms and go, walk around the house if you like, and come back to a perfectly controlled pan, halfway through pop in the eggs, and dont even think about it going wrong. it will hold the temp until you cancel it or up it. we just eat a perfect breakfast job done. theres no other induction hob that gets anywhere near this one. you will get real pleasure out of your cooking from then on. whatch the videos ,and see if i am wrong. tally ho budding chefs.
