Best brand for magnesium so far . It improves my sleep, my gut health .I have ibs (mised type but more of constipation ) this really helps me . It helps me with my fibromyalgia too . Been trying so many magnesium but this is cost effective and it works too . Been taking this over 2 years now . On and off . You should take magnesium in general but if you have problems with your gut health and body ache and insomnia .this supplement is the start for you.

This is exactly the kind of technical jargon that confuses consumers. Most people are specifically looking for pure magnesium glycinate because it is known to be gentle on the stomach. Instead, companies use complicated ingredient names that sound premium while making it difficult for customers to understand what they're actually consuming. My experience was terrible. Even at just 1 tablet per day, I developed severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, and abdominal pain that lasted throughout the day. I continued for a week thinking my body would adjust, but the symptoms only persisted. Within a few days of stopping the supplement, all the issues disappeared completely. For a product positioned as a premium magnesium supplement, this level of digestive distress is unacceptable. The marketing creates the impression of a highly bioavailable, stomach-friendly formula, but my experience was the exact opposite. I feel companies should use clear, transparent labeling instead of hiding behind scientific-sounding terminology that the average consumer cannot easily interpret. I will not be purchasing this product again.
