This is my 4th pre-loaded SIM from Scancom. EE 5G coverage in our villages is excellent, the other networks only have 4G. The SIMs are used for remote house monitoring and work perfectly. One router needed a minor setting change that Scancom support helped with by prompt email exchanges.

This is the third SIM I have purchased from scancom and it does what they say's on the box.... IE an EE unlimited data SIM, they have all worked flawlessly. Superb fast service.

Don't trust these products or this company. If you buy a long-term internet, they can stop it any time. No refund, no internet, no replacement. The customer service is terrible, just wasting of the time. They never answer on the same day, you have to wait one or two. You can read the all chatting on below. They have escalated the problem to their technical support team, who have indicated it may take up to 5 working days to resolve. We appreciate this is not a realistic answer to provide you with, so what we will do is send out another sim for you to use to replace the previous sim. Please dispose of the current sim. We can either issue you with a THREE Network 1000GB sim or another EE SIM with an EXTRA 2 weeks of data as compensation. Please let me know which option you would prefer. Scancom: (17 Jan 2025, 12:00 GMT) Upon further investigation, these are both only short-term sims and there has been a breach of the fair usage policy. As all the data has been consumed in a short period of time we are not able to refund or replace.

Works well in my router super fast great if you live in a rural location without the landline

This is the second EE data sim we have purchased and this one was as easy as the previous one to setup. Simply popped into our router and a few minutes later we were up and running. I find that EE has the best coverage compared to others we have tried.

The SIM card came in a parcel that I ordered from a different supplier so this was very confusing. I originally thought they had forgotten to send me the actual SIM card, as it didn’t come together with the 30-day roll on subscription card. Anyway, after I decided to use the only SIM card I had, it turned out it was the SIM card intended… I inserted in my 5G smart hub and I was able to connect to the Internet after I paid the monthly subscription. It was done the same day, so Kudos to these guys on that. So far so good, the 5G connection is very fast and pretty reliable. Time will tell, but as things stand, I’m happy with my purchase.

I was paying £40 plus a month for mobile broadband/WiFi, now have unlimited data/calls and texts for broadband and both mobiles for £12 a month, inserted SIM, less than a minute and everything was working perfectly, phones, laptop, TV streaming, all for an amazing price of £220 for 18 months, I can't recommend this highly enough.
