Amazon Kindle 16 GB (newest model) - Lightest and most compact Kindle, now with faster page turns, and higher contrast ratio, for an enhanced reading experience - Black + 3 Months of Kindle Unlimited (with auto-renewal)

After spending months researching different e-readers, the Kindle Basic was my top choice. It’s portable— not as small as my phone and not so big that it’s like I’m carrying an iPad around. It is lightweight so it fits in my pockets or purse easily for on-the-go reading. I have enjoyed every moment of reading I have spent on this kindle in the past 4 months. The screen has a very clean and crisp look to it and is comfortable to read on without straining your eyes. The brightness setting is helpful for reading in darker places and I love how you can even read in the daylight without a screen glare! The reaction time is very quick when you scroll or flip a page and I have had no problems with it. After flipping too many pages too fast I have noticed a faint bit of “ghosting” where I can see the letters from the previous page faintly over the new page but it goes away and does not make it unreadable or uncomfortable to look at. The battery life is long and plentiful; I have gone weeks without charging it although I only read for 15-30 minutes at a time every day or so. It has gone to coffee shops and to church camp, on road trips and in the backyard for sunny reading. I got the Kindle Magnetic Flip Case separately and paired together my kindle has been very durable! Very happy with my purchase 🎉🥳

I got this Kindle as a gift for my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loves it! She’s been enjoying how lightweight and compact it is, making it easy to hold for longer reading sessions and convenient to take along wherever she goes. The screen is clear and easy to read, and the faster page turns make moving through books feel smooth and responsive. The 16 GB of storage also provides plenty of room for building a nice digital library without constantly having to manage space. Overall, I think this makes a wonderful gift for anyone who loves to read. My mother-in-law was thrilled with it, and seeing how much she enjoys using it makes me very happy with the purchase.

This new version is the best! I was surprised at how small it is, but it’s so lightweight and compact. it’s a pleasure to read with it. Page turning is much faster. The matcha color is beautiful. The one complaint I have is sometimes I have to press really hard on the screen to return to Home or the Library. Also, sometime tapping the screen to turn the page flips ahead several pages. The price is great, and my purchase came with 3 months of fee Kindle Unlimited. I’ma very happy reader! highly recommend this product.

I absolutely love this Kindle, it’s the perfect size not too big and not too small, I love home compact it is! I love how easy the setting is to navigate and how easy it is to adjust to my liking! My only complaint and thing i was disappointed with was the kindle is very slow, its takes a while for things to load! Other than that it’s awesome, I can download many different books to read over the span of time. The battery life last for quite a while when you are just reading, but if you are browsing so dealing with settings I noticed it tended to die a bit quicker. On a positive note it’s really easy to hold on to and easy bring along with everywhere!

Perfect for Reading Anywhere! I’m really happy with my Kindle! The 16 GB storage gives me plenty of room for my books, and the compact, lightweight design makes it so easy to take everywhere. The screen is crisp and comfortable to read, and I love being able to read without distractions from my phone or tablet. The battery life is excellent, and it’s especially nice for reading before bed or while traveling. Overall, it’s a fantastic e-reader and a great addition for anyone who loves to read! 📚✨

I needed to upgrade my kindle because mine was so old it was going to be out of service life. I got this one and it's so much lighter and smaller than my last one and I love it. It's easy to read books, I love the texture of the screen, and I absolutely love being able to read in bed without worrying that it's going to fall on my face lol

I love this device, the battery life is great. It will drain a little when downloading new books because it indexes every single word and then it goes back to normal. The size and appearance is great. The matcha color is beautiful. I purchased before the price hike. Look into other e-readers to make sure this one is the right one for you.

Got it on the matcha color, for me is a really pretty and different option from the classic black one. I’ve already have had it for six months and I can say battery is really long lasting, you can keep up to two or three days of consistent reading. Also, it is a good option if you’re looking to read when there’s too much lighting or when there’s no lighting at all (at the beach or maybe just about to sleep). It’s really lightweight and it’s very easy to use. The kindle I bought has advertisement when I turn it on, but for me, it’s not a problem. Responsiveness in terms of looking for a book or doing things outside just flipping the pages can feel a little bit slow, but overall is a great experience.
