Easy to setup multi camera recording.
The cloud storage Box works well for me. I have 15 cameras in and around my home. Out of the 15 I have 6 cameras recording on the Cloud Storage Box. These are cameras that are outside and are connected to the Cloud Storage Box wirelessly. I wanted to be able to capture the video data and be able to retrieve it if someone took the camera. My other cameras record to the micro SD in each camera. I have also setup a VGA computer monitor using the VGA output on the Cloud Storage Box that displays the cameras live. I do believe I could have more cameras setup to record on the Cloud Storage Box but my internet speed will not allow it. I only have 100 mb download and 25 mb upload speed.

1TB cloud box is out of stock for almost a year!??? why? will it ever be available again? 03/2022
I have two 1TB Ebitcam cloud boxes installed, have had some issues but after a few months of tedious learning curve, the system is working great now. Problem is, I have 22 Cams installed at a preschool, and the clouds support only 8 channels each. so I need a third box!!! and they have been out of stock for a long time... Customer service is not responding.??? Does anyone know where I can purchase a third, Ebitcam 1 TB cloud? Please Help. Ed.

Garbage as shipped, can be OK if modified (which probably voids your warranty)
Worked great for about three months, then showed "no hard drive detected." The root cause appears to be excessive heat as the unit contains a 3.5" Seagate 1TB mechanical hard drive that gets hot enough to fry eggs on, yet no cooling fan of any kind. There is actually a spot in the case for a cooling fan, but the manufacturer was apparently too cheap to add one. The unit is technically under warranty, but 1) I don't want to send a hard drive with surveillance videos from my house that could be recovered by a data recovery service back to the manufacturer and 2) I suspect that the replacement unit will have the same issue unless you run it inside a freezer. I replaced the Seagate drive with a Samsung Evo 850 solid state drive (which doesn't get hot at all) and it's working again. SSDs aren't really designed for constant video recording so I'll see how it does long-term. If it fails prematurely, I'll probably put in a 2.5" mechanical hard drive and some sort of fan/cooling solution.

Updated 6/4/21After purchasing a usb mouse I haven’t had many issues besides restarts randomly sometimes. For anyone wanting to know you can arrange the cameras to whatever box/channel you want. Once your cam is connected to the box, cycle through the pages to find the cam, right click, click on the “d” icon. Go to the empty box you want that cam to appear on right click hit “s”. It’s basically copy and paste. I may have the letters backwards. Try it and you will see. I changed my 1 star to a 4 star cause the issues I had in the past I no longer have and the product is still working fine.Updated: 2/16/20I’ve had this product about 4 months, I just bought newer updated cameras and noticed the mouse input has stopped working. I’ve tried several different mice. The mouse usb input seems to have burned out. Any usb dongle I’ve put in from different mice gets really hot, really fast.I tried contacting support via 2 different emails provided about the 1 year warranty and have found that they will not respond back. The last review I wrote they were swift to reply. Now that there is a hardware issue with their product I’m being ignored.This product is now useless after 4 months because I can’t add additional cameras or even access the menu since the usb for the mouse has stopped working.Also seems there is no 1 year warranty either since all my recent emails have been ignored.I can no longer recommend this product.11/7/19Tech support has helped solve a few issues swiftly. I have 7 cameras of various listed brands that all work within the app and via box/monitor (which displays real time viewing of all cameras at once), 5 stars. 1 week after purchase.

The little cloud box that cant record your internet cameras
This product is sold as a cloud box but it is NOT, and is unable to connect to the internet to record a camera? Forget about off site storage it can only recognize locally connected cameras? Waiting for support they finally got back to me not answering any technical questions of how to get the little (cloud box that cant) to work but only recommended a cloud service subscription? Really!
