Kai 5100C 4-inch Curved Tip Needlecraft Scissors

love the design and ease of these scissors, they fit comfortably on my fingers too.! I use them for small needlework projects, wool felt and felting projects. The scissors are very sharp, the blades are just the right length for small projects and have a slightly curved tip to allow removal of stitches without getting too close to your project. Delivery was very fast too! This is my second pair (lost the first pair travelling to/from a sewing group). I also have other Kai scissors that I love... not surprised that these are also a favorite, quality and very sharp functional scissors.

These are great for Cross Stitching and Embroidery work. It looked like the blades were too thick, but they aren't. They are perfect, cut close to the fabric without worrying about cutting other threads or the fabric. You can hear them cut through 2 treads, which to me means they are totally grabbing while cutting the thread. No burrs! Fingers fit nicely in the rings and they are not heavy, too dainty or cumbersome.

I can not function without these scissors when I sew. I absolutely love them. Light weight, very sharp and hold up over years of use.

I bought these to keep with my knitting. You need to be able to cut yarn cleanly and these scissors do it! The blades are super-sharp and the end comes to a sharp point. This is why I keep buying. Kai shears. But, since they are so sharp & pointy, it would be nice of they came with some sort of safety cover. As is, I just stick thre sharp end into a piece of foam rubber when they are not in sue.

I really like the feel of the scissors in my hand. They feel sturdy but fine enough to cut thread on small projects like embroidery, cross-stitch, knitting, crochet and general sewing.

I love these little Kai scissors so much I keep a pair at each “sewing station” around the house. They have sharp edge and a very sharp tip. Note: Use caution with the tip, it will pierce skin with little effort.

They’re great! Just like the old purple handled ones. I wish the old colours were available though.

Excellent sharp little scissors. Made in Japan of high grade Japanese steel. Would love to have been able to buy British..they used to make lovely scissors like this in Sheffield which keep their edge for decades but alas..no longer possible.
