WaringCommercial The Raptor Copolyester Container, 64-Ounce, Clear

I love my Waring blender! I have had it for over 4 years and use it daily. It is 5 stars all the way. This review is for the replacement container. I have tried all of your more basic blenders and even the Ninja and also Blendtec blenders but no blade lives up to this Waring Commercial.I know the motor is doing a lot of the work when it comes to what a blender can handle but this container really does it's part as well. I have had to replace mine twice but I blame myself... I was jamming hard frozen bananas into the container to make banana ice cream sometimes several times a day for my big family and a banana caught the blade just right and a small piece snapped off. Now even missing part of a blade we are still able to use the container to perfectly grind coffee, I wouldn't recommend that! But it works for us.This replacement container really is worth it the price even if I have to replace every year or two because it truly is a work horse around my house. My family and I are vegan and eat a lot of raw food as well. The container does everything we could imagine and more. It is large and heavy. You could get in a workout just lifting up and down!It takes up a good amount of space on my counter but it is worth it cause the smaller lighter Blendtec I have just can't keep it! Forget making a thick banana ice cream in that! It looks cuter on the counter but I need something that can handle all of our recipes.You need to make sure the bottom is screwed in tight and I always was mine immediately after I use it. And that blade is sharp sharp sharp so watch those fingers! I do not put mine in the dishwasher at all and I always make sure the container is aired out and dry. I really think that taking the extra time to do these steps keeps the container working as it should for longer.This replacement container really is a sturdy reliable complement to the Waring commercial blender and its long lasting motor. I recommend it to all my friends for smoothies, soups, nut butters and more!

My old blender blade started making a lot of noise when spinning probably due to it's age and so instead of buying a new blade and replacing it I replaced the whole container with this one. I guess they didn't really change much in the past 10 years which is a good thing because it's the same exact container with the same blade. And it fits the Waring Extreme series blender perfectly. Runs nice and quiet. Seems to be original Waring product and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

We have a professional model Waring blender that we use everyday. It is fantastic. The only issue is the longevity of the blender jar. They cloud up and we finally bought this replacement. It now looks and runs like a brand new blender. 5 stars to Waring…

Amazing technology that was the best thing I could have done with my 6 year old VitaPrep 3. Using this new container I was hoping I could make snow and ice cream without having to use a pusher and indeed it worked like a charm. As a matter of fact I did not even need to use full VitaPrep power for either task.. I was surprised as to the weight of the container as it sure is substantial and when the box was delivered from Amazon and I picked it up, I thought I got a wrong item as it was far heavier than expected.I of course am not saying the Vitamix container that ships with the VitaPrep 3 is bad, but this Raptor version is so much more effective and I can say that my machine is now far better than it was when new. The only down side here is that the VM tamper really cannot be used since it would hit the blades if you are not very careful, BUT from my experience thus far,it will not be needed.Certainly this container replaced my getting a new machine specifically between the VM 750 or the Waring 1200.The only advantage of the 750 is the 4"blade which can handle easily a whole medium apple and this Raptor took much longer but that was a test as I really do not plan on using a whole apple ever.If I need a tamper to make peanut butter when I am not using my Blendtec twister (probably never) I can make one from wood.

Our first Waring carafe lasted 17 years. We make smoothies in it several times a week. Most of the fruit is frozen, so the blades are impinging on some good size solid chunks for a good 15-20 seconds. We bought a replacement about 1.5 years ago and it lasted just over a year before one of the four blades snapped off. Since the motor is still going strong we're buying a third and hoping for improved results. It's a solid piece of plastic and the design makes for excellent turnover, just hope the blade thing was a one off.

This is an exact replacement for the jug/blade that I had. The price has increased from what I paid. This was $80ish and now it's $100ish. Makes me wish I bought 2!In any case, this works like the original one I had. 10/10 would buy it again.For those that need or want more details, if you put blueberries in here, you will not detect the skins of the berries. This will basically turn everything into a liquid, cream, or powder. The only complaint I have is a design flaw with the lid. The lid doesn't lock on the jug. It would be lovely if it had latches to lock it down. Not a big issue. I've never had any issues out of this beyond normal wear.

The new unit came in one day. It fit perfectly and the cost was very reasonable compared to many others online.
