Can you get refills for this product ? What are the measurements in inches please

Yes. Refills are available from Survival Emergency Solutions website and App which you can download. You can also restock from your local Pharmacy if you want. You might not get the same brand but you will get a very similar product. The size in inches is (H) 8.25, (W) 6 and (D) 4.5. I have to say it is an excellent First Aid kit. I bought mine for camping with the family and have added some other items to it. Brilliant piece of kit!

Can you fit it on a belt ?

Yes but you need a big belt! I stash mine in passenger footwell in the car. Better options if you want on your belt kit.
