My 06 Accord 4cyl needed a valve adjustment and it would have been pretty difficult to do without this tool. Theres not much room for a regular wrench and screwdriver, so this tool combines the two and puts the handle right where it needs to be to lock the jam-nut down while still allowing you to hold the slotted screw. Engine is much quiter and starts easier now.

The tool works well, finished my project quicker.
