Taste and Texture Like Regular Pancakes
This is a good keto friendly pancake mix. I mixed it with water, as per directions, and the batter was a bit thick. I put some coconut oil in a pan and fried three pancakes using 1 cup mix and 1/2 cup water. The pancakes came out just like regular pancakes and, with some good keto syrup, tastes just like regular pancakes. They have a good texture and taste.

Absolutely the best pancake mix, the cassava in it really adds a nice taste. Great pancakes especially when cooked in coconut oil they go all crispy, so delicious

I have not have pancakes in a while but I love how the pancakes taste, easy to use, and quick to make. The texture is good I don’t add too much water to make it fluffy. It taste good and it keeps me full for a good while.

Best Keto Pancakes if you Liked Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat
So I bought 3 different kinds of Keto pancakes to see which one tasted best. Ive been Keto 3 yeara now and really missing pancakes.. This one tastes like the Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancakes that I always loved! Will be having this again and again! Yeah I get to enjoy pancakes again! I just put butter on them, no syrup. Yum yum yum.
